Abstract
Article deals with the problems
of forming smyslozhiznennyh orientations
of orphans and children left without
parental care. It reveals the characteristics
smyslozhiznennyh orientations, criteria for
successful graduates, as well as a number
of problems that impede their choice of life
goals: lack of support for a narrow range of
social networks, insecurity, inability to build
their plans in accordance with the purposes
of life, the lack of independence.

Abstract
Peculiarities of psychological
analysis of human consciousness and legal
mind in social-righteous context as a functional
system are being considered. Necessity
of theoretical and empirical of human consciousness
and legal mind study in the context
of social and cultural influences ia revealed.
Legal consciousness is considered as socially
and culturally conditioned "meaning-signified
righteous sensitivity" and as "righteous
acceptor of activity", i.e. system-making factor
of the human righteous activity system
determining human readiness to act and react
in that or another moral-legal situation.
Certain significant components and cognitive
phenomena of human forensic consciousness
activity are being revealed from the point of
view of functional analysis. Also presented
perspectives of general psychological analysis
of legal consciousness and distinguishing
aspects of legal mentality types considered
as "cognitive archetypes of individuality".
Main features of the legal consciousness are:
a) reflectivity - one's capability to conscious
own and others legal status; b) volitional control
- conscious :regulation of acts and intentions;
c) communicative activity - legally
signified intercourse with oneself and other
people, with society and state.

This study aims to explore
the ifluence of anxiety of the person in occasion
of inevitable finiteness of own existence
(automortal anxiety) on time prospect of
students. Result indicateed that automortal
anxiety causes diffusial expansion and extrovertal
orientations of student's time perspective.
The problem of possible mechanisms of
influence of automortal anxiety on development
of the person is discussed.

Abstract
The problem of senior high
school student self-actualization in its connection
with students individual-typological
peculiarities are considered. The actuality
of the problem investigation is defined
by the importance of the self-actualization
process in the development of human being
as a subject of professional development. The
problem is considered by means of looking at
factors facilitating or hindering the process
of self-actualization. Individual-typological
directedness of personality, its adaptability
and capacity to overcome different stressful
situations is considered to be one of those factors.
The paper contains research data demonstrating
a connection of individual-typological
peculiarities with student personality
self-actualization.

Abstract
The set of 286 stimuli (pictures
with their names) was used to get data
on 4 measurements: imageability, name
agreement, picture-name agreement and familiarity.
The results of the study are presented
in this article. The correlation analysis
shows relative independence of these
measurements. The data collected allow us to
conclude that the stimulus set is suitable for
experimental psychological research.

Abstract
In this paper, we attempt to reflect
the specifics of the transformation of the
habitual behavior in protracted emergencies
(PTSR-PTSD), in particular the local military
conflict, are usually the cause of the formation
of a human post-traumatic stress disorder.
The practical part of the study is conceptually
based on the results of empirical studies have
helped to confirm the theoretical assumption
of interest to our problem and summarize
some of its components.

Abstract
The purpose of a writing of
this article - to show advantages of presence
of specialised antidisputed models in hotels
for minimisation of conflicts in relations with
guests and in working collective. Based on
theoretical base and the empirical researches
spent in one of hotels of Moscow, principal
causes of origin of conflicts are revealed and
modern methods under their permission are
presented. Some world hotel antidisputed
models are considered and arguments for creation
of uniform system under the resolution
of conflicts in the Russian hotels, without
dependence from their geographical location
and level of given services are resulted.

In article substantial features
of social representations about motherhood
and paternity at youthful age reveal. On the
basis of the experimental research analysis it
is shown that the maintenance of social representations
about motherhood and paternity
at a stage of youthful socialisation has
substantial distinctions depending on factors
of a gender and the group status though as
a whole the image of mother and the father
keeps positive connotation.

Study of the dynamics of emotional
sensitivity to color in three diverse
groups of preschoolers lead to the conclusion
that the differential impact of the educational
process at the cognitive and emotional
sphere of the child. Only the evolving nature
of education, based on the cognitive activity
of the child, playing motivation, and gradual
formation of mental actions and skills, promotes
the assimilation of color and graphic
standards, and leads to harmonious emotional
development of children.

Abstract
From the position of functional
approach anxiety is considered as a co-disorder
that is a cause of maladjusted behavior
of children with attention deficit and hyperactivity
syndrome. It is shown that feeling
anxiety and orientation of attention in search
of threat at the moment of significant activity
fulfillment have an influence on its realization
successfulness. Anxiety disorganizing
effect on activity and behavior is connected
with the fact that determining anxiety direction
activity is characterized by unequal
concentration of attention on interpreted as
threatening environmental elements.
