Abstract
The article is devoted to the study of a modern competitive worker concept. The article presents the results of an empiric study preformed among the residents of Moscow. The results of the public opinion poll show that it is the rivalry for non-material resources (a post, social status and so on) that makes people conquer. According to the Muscovites a competitive employee should have a synthesis of volitional, cognitive and communicative qualities,as well as special attitude to work.

Abstract
The article presents the results of studies of psychological readiness for entrepreneurship in the context of the competitiveness of businesses. The content analysis of psychological readiness in terms of business in a competitive environment is done. The results of empirical studies that establish correlations between the components of psychological readiness and personal-professional qualities of entrepreneurs are given. It is shown that psychological readiness for business ensures its success and competitiveness.

Abstract
The history of studying psychosomatic diseases in foreign and native science is presented. Special features of personal reflection and coping strategies people with such diseases choose are given. It is stated that if people with psychosomatic diseases have high level of personal reflection they presumably choose constructive coping strategies. In case the level of personal reflection is average there are both constructive and non-constructive coping strategies. The non-constructive coping strategies are typical for people with low level of personal reflection. The respondents’ choice of coping strategies and their level of personal reflection is interrelated with their adaptation disorders.

Abstract
The novelty of the presented analysis is it is the first attempt to analyze envy from the point of view of deviantology. Various understandings of «envy» phenomenon are given, as well as the components, types and factors of its emergence. It is stressed that envy is one of the destructive emotional resources of a person, all types of it often oriented on consumerism. It means that the psychological nature of a person «stores» in itself a number of negative phenomena differing on their intensity, duration and constancy. When displayed in concrete life situations, these negative phenomena act as a peculiar social and psychological marker of a person’s behavior, turning him into a social outsider. It often pushes the envious person on behaving inadequately (perform deviant and even criminal actions).

Abstract
The specific aspect of resilience and coping behavior of mothers raising children with ASD is revealed. The authors study the characteristics of parents’ attitude to children with autism, and explore mothers’ internal resources to overcome the child’s disorders. The study is based on the analysis of the specifics of resilience and individual coping of 56 mothers upbringing children with ASD and of 58 mothers who have neurotypical children. On the basis of empirical studies the authors conclude on the need of psychological support to mothers of children with ASD to develop their intra-psychic resources, resilience and adaptive coping. These strategies are needed to preserve the functionality of the family system and positive socialization of children with ASD.

Abstract
The article presents the results of the research aimed at studying the way the emotional competences are manifested in the working activities of managers. The technology to ensure managers’ productive development is offered. The working out of the competence-based technology of forming an effective manager becomes possible due to the study of individual psychological qualities and emotional competences of retail business mangers as a whole, and their rank significance in particular, as their professional activities are defined by this factors. Ranging the emotional intellect competences according to their rank will also contribute to the success of working out the technology mentioned.

Abstract
The paper outlines the key issues of early prevention of family trouble. The analysis of family structure with the increased quantitative indices of single-parent families at the present stage of society development is given. The article presents an empirical model of paternal Selfconcept. Father’s self-concept is the result of merging of the integral components of the image of himself as a father, his self-attitude and self-image (both as a stable realized and as formed by the parent family). The uniqueness and importance of the work with fathers in terms of organizations supporting family and children of the city of Moscow is shown. The key positions in forming the model of a service for the implementation of measures of fathers’ psychological support are outlined.

Abstract
In this article the phenomenon of learned helplessness of young people from «risk group» families is considered. As they are the students of a Social Technical School, the teachers’ subjective estimate of the students’ learned helplessness, as well as its causes, are studied and analyzed. The teachers’ psychological state in the process of their pedagogical activities is studied, as well as their subjective attitude to work, job satisfaction, and estimation of how successful their work with the students is. The conditions for improving the rehabilitation and correction activities on the basis of the singled out psychological characteristics of pupils and teachers are presented.

The article is aimed at describing Self-conception of students having intrapersonal conflicts of values. Modern society offers young people contradictory, sometimes diametrical, values which results in problems of choice and intrapersonal conflicts. An intrapersonal conflict influences the way a person understands himself (Self-conception). The article considers specificities of Self-conception of students having a conflict of values. They are analyzed through the description of its components: emotional, cognitive and behavioral.

Abstract
The article discusses a new aspect of children’s anxiety - its dependency on the level of social perception formation of preschool children who are brought up: in the family, in an orphanage and in children’s village. The level of manifestations of anxiety symptoms due to different conditions of upbringing is revealed. The interrelation of the state of anxiety with the level of preschool children’s ability to recognize emotional states, in case they have different conditions of upbringing, is presented. The specific features of anxiety state change of preschool children who are brought up in a family, in the orphanage and children’s village is given. The changes are due to the use of art therapy method.

Abstract
The article provides a thorough analysis of the term “academic success” in contemporary psychological and pedagogical studies. Academic success is regarded not only as an academic activity result, but as a formal indicator of personal and professional qualities’ manifestation as well. The authors surmise the existence of some connections and differences between innovativeness and academic success manifestations. The empirical data derived from the study involving students specializing in philology and engineering provide the basis for the introduction of new psychological and pedagogical training technologies in higher education institutions.

Abstract
The article presents the results of an empirical study of personal characteristics of workaholism typical of the employees of various organizations. The historical-psychological and theoretical approaches to the study of the phenomenon of labor dependency are presented. The empirical study was performed with the use of special techniques, which enabled to reveal a number of a workaholic’s personal traits, as well as psychological prerequisites for workaholic deformation of a personality such as: social withdrawal, emotional lability, low self-appraisal and some others.

Abstract
The article is devoted to the acute theme - developing a proactive approach to life among young adults by means of personal self-regulation, with particular emphasis on peculiarities of self-regulation styles at different levels of education. This article shows that during young adults’ professional development such component of self-regulation as modeling (evaluation of inner and outer factors for achieving the goal) is formed. This serves as the basis for the stability of professional goal setting.
