Abstract
Emotional sensitivity to contemporaries is a necessary psychological quality for successful interaction of people. In teenager's age there is a transition from sphere of direct dialogue to sphere of sign culture that assumes an individualization of teenager's activity and development of its intelligence. Empirical studies prove that in adolescents emotional sensitivity to age peers negatively correlates with nonverbal intelligence levels: the higher the sensitivity, the lower the non-verbal intelligence development level and vice versa.

The article is devoted the preferences of senior pupils in the choice of type of economic activity. The degrees of definiteness of professional choice and choice of type of economic activity are compared. Reasons of these choices, and also attitude of senior pupils to the money and methods of their earning are studied. It is shown in the article, that the choice of type of economic activity is done before the choice of sphere of professional labor. Job motives influence both on economic and on professional self-determination.

The article presents results of research of interrelations between expert evaluations of professionally important qualities of securities which significant for maintenance of efficiency of activity with their coping - strategies of behaviour. The correlation analysis has shown that expert evaluations of professionally important qualities of the most successful specialists are statistically significant connected with as prosocial as passive strategies. For less successful specialists are typical interrelations expert evaluations with passive strategies of behaviour.
