Given line of investigation is connected with studying the individual typological features of teacher's personality. The paper describes the structure components of "Personal readiness syndrome", determines pedagogical labour tension as the individual labour characteristic and the quality of EWD, connected with making the pedagogic decisions. The author defines personal readiness to educational work in tense conditions as "actively-efficient state of personality", suggests the classification of EWD, illustrates the research results of the impact of centrations on psychological nature of EWD.

The research aim was to determine the subjective understanding of a work-life and relaxation time balance and to define the attitude towards relaxation time in the system of values of a person. This article is devoted to the learning of practical problems connected with an investigation of social and psychological types of situations responsible for forming of behavioral deviations of military personnel. For the analysis of situation typology responsible for deviation performance in behavior of military personnel, the author emphasizes the main argument - the interaction of military man with the conditions of military-social sphere, depending on their functionality/disfunctionality. Most often, it is observed the situation of behavioral deviation, when there is a conflict between "transitional" conditional type of a military-social sphere and "partially functional" type of military personality working - 37%. The minimal number of deviations is observed in situation, when in efficient conditions of military-social sphere the deviation is committed by the military of the "functional" type - 2%. Revealed types of behavioral deviation of military personnel make it possible to determine the main activity directions of disciplinary practice subjects concerned with the reduction of deviations in behavior of military personnel.

The ethnic identity is considered in the movement of psychoanalysis as an ethno psychological phenomenon representing itself such a part of the self-concept, which comes into existence from awareness of belonging to the particular ethnic community and includes the system of ethnic differentiating features. This subjective consciousness offers the continuum with determinacy of ethnic identity on its first pole and indeterminateness on another one. The given description of ethnic identity is an extremely significant indicator of stability level in interethnic relations.
