Abstract
The article describes the peculiarities of the development of frustration tolerance among psychology students studying at the faculty of psychology and reacting to difficulties in achieving the goal. The study of frustration reactions was carried out using the Rosenzweig technique, which allows one to predict students-psychologists’ emotional and frustration reactions on various difficulties in achieving the goal. The article describes the established differences in the manifestation of emotional frustration reactions in different groups of students-psychologists and the features of their psychological defence. This forms the basis for creating psychological and pedagogical conditions for elaborating resistance for frustrating situations, i.e. development of frustration tolerance. It is necessary to develop frustration tolerance as a professional ability in the conditions of training and education of future psychologists. This will help overcome psychological barriers.

Abstract
The article examines the peculiarities of the mental regulation behavior and activities of substitute parents (“social educators”). The problem is analyzed from the position of labor social psychology in the context of works aimed at studying professional success of the labor subject in performing certain work. The empirical study examines the components of professional mentality (value orientations and the components of the individual style of self-regulation of an arbitrary behavior) that are crucial regulators of an arbitrary activity and interpersonal interaction, influencing the effectiveness, the quality and the productivity of labor. The obtained empirical facts have helped reveal the hierarchy of value orientations of substitute parents and obtain a regulatory profile typical for this professional group. Besides, a number of problems in maintaining substitute parents’ professional mentality were identified. The presence of substitute parents can negatively affect the well-being and vitality of a professional foster family.

Abstract
The article reveals the main problems related to the provision of social support to parents having children with disabilities. The relationship between the perceived social support and level of emotional stress of parents raising children with disabilities was studied. The results of the study made it possible to conclude that there is a statistically significant relationship between these indicators. The influence of the subjectively perceived support on the psychological well-being of parents raising a child with disabilities is proved. Prospects for further research are outlined.

Abstract
In the article the growth of number of remarriages in Russia is noted, as well as the situation with remarriage for women in the Russian Federation. The importance of studying the problems of repeated marriage for the practice of personal and family counseling is stated. The research of the way two groups of women estimate their family and its problems is described. The groups under study present remarried women and those in the first marriage. Meaningful distinctions are revealed between these two groups, exposing influence of the outlived divorce on assessing families and family problems by women. All this allows better understand the situations of remarried women.

Abstract
The article lists the results of the empirical research of collective symbolical coping, which fulfills the function of the unemployed people adaptation to the new socio-economic conditions of their vital activities. The loss of job and - as effect - change of economic status make the unemployed comprehend this situation on a mental level and work out specific steps to adapt to it. The research sets its goal as identifying factors constructing social representations playing the role of collective symbolical coping. The research analyzes the factors “with constant effect”: duration of the unemployed status, family income level and subjective economic status. The sample of the unemployed includes 393 individuals - all residents of Nizhniy Novgorod region. It has been shown that the shorter unemployed status duration for respondents the more often they prefer active means of coping with difficult situation in their lives, and the less often they are inclined to withdrawing from solving problems. The decline of a subjective economic status of the unemployed determines their acceptation of a job loss situation as unavoidable, actualizes their emotional feelings of uselessness, makes them feel unwanted and accompanies depressive state.

Abstract
The article is devoted to the actual problem of nicotine-dependent boys’ and girls’ family relations and those who don’t smoke. The features of attitude to parents of the two groups of respondents are studied. The quality of tactile contact between them when infants and their mothers is assessed. Empirical research enabled to state that in contrast to non-smokers tobacco smokers note the fragmentary nature of physical contact with mothers in childhood. Youngsters-smokers consider their mum and dad to be important people significantly more often than non-smoking subjects. Young people who smoke tobacco expect more attention from their own fathers. Girls-smokers emancipate from their mothers to a greater extent than non-smoking respondents.

Abstract
The article reveals psychological characteristic features of intrapersonal conflicts in four various groups of migrants: forced migrants, external and internal ones (migrants in the Russian Federation and emigrants from Russia). The author analyzes the results of an empirical research of the intrapersonal contradictions and conflicts arising in the intra-psychic plane of migrants’ experiences. The research is conducted on the sample of 442 people. The intrapersonal conflicts characteristic of all groups of migrants and also zones of the main internal discomfort connected with character and a type of migration are defined. It is proved that the type of migration and its character influence the aggravation of various internal contradictions of the personality captured by migration processes.

Abstract
Аbstract. The article presents the results of empirical research on the structure of ethnic identity of adolescents. Scientific psychological literature is reviewed, significant works of researchers in this area are highlighted. The research was carried out in Moscow city secondary school № 170 named after A. P. Chekhov and Ismailli secondary school № 1 named after I. I. Hasanov. 251 teenagers were selected as respondents to the study. 127 of them were from the Moscow school and 124 teenagers - from the Ismailli school. In order to study the structure of ethnic identity J. Finney’s method of “Ethnic identity” was chosen. As a result of the study the conclusion was drawn that the structure of ethnic identity includes two components. Besides, the level of ethnic identity of Ismayilli adolescents is higher than their Moscow peers. It is important that the level of cognitive and affective component of Ismayilli teenagers also prevails over Moscow teenagers. The affective component of ethnic identity among adolescents in Moscow and Ismayilli is higher than the cognitive component.

Abstract
The article considers the question of which personal resources play the key role in forming the teachers’ understanding about themselves as resource-rich. The study showed that the majority of teachers do not consider they have enough resources, while the specifics of professional activities require a high degree of psychological impact. The article shows that optimism, awareness and the choice of coping strategies make the greatest contribution to the teachers’ understanding about their resource. It is important that their coping strategies to be focused on inclusion into the problem situation and planning of actions to resolve it. In conclusion the author identifies two factors that are key to teachers’ understanding of their resource availability: cognitive-oriented strategies of behavior in difficult situations and conscious attitude to them.

Abstract
The article scrutinizes upon such definition as staff motivation in the light of coincidence of the employees’ personal interests with the work environment. Psychological model of labour interests is given as a prototype of a possible scientific concept, which still has a lot of blank spaces and resources for the scientific research. Besides, the article presents the results of a pilot research performed in the frame of the study of the personnel’s labour interests in the Russian companies. The theoretical aspect highlights the phenomenological description of the structure and psychological model of labor interests. The practical aspect proves the relevance of the influence of the workers’ labor interests on their labor activity and productivity.
