Abstract
Purpose: on the basis of studying texts of scientific articles, reviews, dissertations, Internet resources on secondary vocational education (SVE), to identify the main problems of its transformation at the federal, regional, departmental levels. Procedure and methods of research: more than 100 scientific sources were studied, qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis of scientific texts were used: traditional content analysis combined with semantic analysis using the original express methodology, based on the use of the author’s interpretation of the results of online programs of free access to the sites: Advego, Txt.ru, Istio.com, etc. The technique included semantic indicators of the text: volume, semantic core, density, semantic load, informativeness, harmony of the studied concept in those Kste. The indicators passed standardization, which allowed us to compare the socio-psychological aspects of solving the problems of transforming SVE at the federal, regional, departmental levels. The comparison was carried out through tabulating data after online word processing, deriving the average (m; δ) semantic indicators of texts, their standardization, and applying Student’s T-criterion. Results of the study: a socio-psychological analysis of the main problems of SVE is done. It included: the quality of graduates’ training; high dropout rate; the inertia of the development of tools that link the directions and specifics of training students and labor market demands; low image; and socio-psychological factors. The dominant factors of the transformation of SVE are identified. At the federal level, solving SVE problems is a factor in the quality of graduate training, and the least significant is a socio-psychological factor. For regional open source software - a factor of inconsistency in the level of training in open source software and market requirements for a specialist. For departmental VSEs, the actual socio-psychological factor in terms of personality, group, team, educational environment, professional communication, socio-psychological climate, intergroup interaction, etc. The influence of dominant factors significantly differs by p ≤ 0.01 according to Student’'s T-criterion. Theoretical / practical significance: the presented model for diagnosing the ACT transformation process and the express method of semantic analysis can be used to monitor various aspects of the SVE transformation, further empirical socio-psychological studies.

Abstract
Purpose. The purpose of the article is to characterize the social attitudes of parents that influence their choice of educational route for their children who have disorders in the autism spectrum. Methodology and Approach. The study was conducted on the territory of the Russian Federation and the Republic of Belarus. The total sample of surveyed parents raising children with ASD is 170 people. The study was conducted with the involvement of survey methods for the study of attitudes, descriptive statistics and discriminant analysis. Results. The preferred strategies of education of children with ASD from the position of their parents were identified, their fears and concerns were noted. The study confirms the hypothesis that the formation of negative attitudes to educational inclusion of children is influenced not so much by the age and level of education of the parent, as by the presence of associated stigma, as well as the experience of an intolerant attitude towards them and their children from other people surrounding them. The presence of associated stigma, as well as parents’ stress associated with the upbringing of a special child, can become a significant barrier to building an optimal trajectory of the child’s development, including his education. Theoretical and Practical Implications. The results of the study contribute to the development of ideas about the impact of social stigma on social attitudes of the individual. These data help to understand the trajectories of work on the development of an inclusive culture in society.

Abstract
Purpose. This study is aimed to identify the family factors that determine the level of older adolescents’ involvement into video game activities. The hypothesis of the study is the provision according to which the attitude of parents to the child is a key factor determining the involvement of the latter into gambling. Methodology and Approach. One of the objectives of the study is to identify the presence / absence of gender dependence of video gambling; localization of factors affecting the level of excessive involvement in video game activities. The study involved 52 boys and 78 girls (130 people). The methodological complex of the study included: a questionnaire of excessive involvement in video game activities; methodology “The behaviour of parents and adolescents’ attitude to them” (PoR). Results. As a result of the study, it was found that the number of girls with a low level of involvement is higher than boys. The indicator of excessive involvement is statistically significantly associated with the frequency and duration of gaming sessions, as well as with the money spent on acquiring gaming programs. Considering the relationship of excessive involvement in video game activities with family characteristics, a positive relationship was obtained with the indicators “father’s inconsistency”, “father’s autonomy”, “father’s directive”, “mother’s hostility” and the inverse correlation with the indicator “mother’s positive interest”. Theoretical and Practical Implications. Significant new factors were identified that influence the level of excessive involvement in video game activities due to the family background and their effect is described. The findings deepen our understanding of the factors that influence video game addiction.
