Abstract
The article is devoted to the phenomenon of personal reflection in contemporary psychological science. The paper represents the historical insight of the development of the phenomenon under study. Besides, the concept of personal reflection of future specialists is given, which is a person’s self-actualization, which generates the process of internal cognitive motivation, and aspires a person to solve the arising problem situation. It is shown that personal reflection is the change of structure components depending on the time frame, under the pressure of educational and professional environment.

Abstract
This review, grounded on the diagnostic case analysis, illustrates important characteristics of psychodiagnostic work in the frame of two scientific approaches - causal and psychometric. The purpose of this illustration is the comparative assessment of these psychodiagnostic approaches, and ensuing the demonstration of incompleteness of psychometric approach in psychodiagnostic practice. The author gives four factors reflecting such incompleteness in the situation of psychodiagnostic activity performed on request (in the frame of school psychological service) which is connected with the assistance to the client in overcoming anxiety towards teachers.

Abstract
The article studies the problem of social deprivation among servicemen of Interior Ministry troops. The conditions and factors causing it are analyzed. The author proposes to discuss the issue of whether applying the term “social deprivation” to certain conditions of military-professional activities is qualified. The article studies the conditions of military service in restricted garrisons through the prism of social deprivation. The results of empirical research of socio-psychological characteristics of social deprivation among the Interior Ministry troops’ officers serving in restricted garrisons on the territory of North Caucasus region are presented in the article (in the framework of the dissertation research).

Abstract
The article presents the analysis of studying women’s viability at different age categories (from 21 to 60 years old). The authors discuss psychological aspects of differences in qualitative index of viability test of the given group of probationers. Special attention is given to the peculiarities of women’s involvement, control and accepting risks. The authors separately studied the specific features of 40-60 year old women’s viability. The women under study belong to different gender groups (masculine, feminine and androgen), correlation between their viability and gender.

Abstract
The article is devoted to interconnection between a manager’s personal qualities and behavior strategies in conflict situations. The following basic managerial qualities are presented: sociability, stress-tolerance and empathy. The results of studying the heads of structural department’s personal qualities and behavioral strategies in conflict are represented. It is revealed that the personal qualities of managerial staff influence the choice of behavior strategy in a conflict situation.

Abstract
The research is focused on the comparative analysis of biological and foster parents of a mentally disabled child, which is performed with the use of the following parameters: personal characteristics, relationships within a family and parents’ interaction with social environment. Foster parents appeared to be more prepared to take risks, can better control life events, are focused on active leisure, and are more intellectually and morally developed. They are supported by a larger social network. If compared with foster parents, biological parents are better aware of the way how to take care their own child, they have better understanding of his desires and emotional state.

Abstract
The article is devoted to the analysis of psycho-pedagogical technologies use for forming a person’s intellectual activity in the multi-age student’s environment. The author presents the psychological structure of a person’s intellectual activity which includes qualitative characteristics of the functional unity of the following indicators: cognitive, motivational, emotional, regulatory and productive. Depending on the typological structure of a person’s intellectual activity the algorithm of forming was developed and used which qualitatively improves the studied phenomenon.

Abstract
The article presents the results of the study of students’ Self-image features in social interaction. The main components of Self-image of students of junior and senior adolescent age are studied. It is stated that Self-image formation occurs within joint activities with other people and in the process of communication with them. The formed Self-image is the result of continuous comparison of what a person observes in him with what he sees in other people.

Abstract
The article is dedicated to the influence of family on a cadet’s choice of a military career while studying at Omsk Military Cadet Corps. The article studies the specific conditions of Omsk Military Cadet Corps educational end pedagogical area where cadets are studying. The authors present the results of studying family’s influence on the professional choice of OMCC cadets. It’s revealed that choosing the military institute and the profession of an officer the cadets from families of professional military men turn to the help of their relatives, especially father’s, more often than cadets from ordinary families. While choosing the profession a cadet from a military family has a motive to continue his family’s tradition.

Abstract
The article presents the essence and the model of professional competences of the head of the municipality. The structural elements of the model of professional competences (standard and special) are studied. Their psychological content is analyzed. The technology of forming a model of professional competences of the head of a municipal unit is shown. The mathematical and structural model of special competences of the head of a city district is given. The recommendations on the practical application of this model are offered.
