Abstract
The article examines the impact of the informal leadership on the efficiency of employees’ collaboration in work collectives. The author studies the peculiarities of the influence of informal leaders of different types on the interpersonal relationships and work collectives productivity. The study is based on the correlation analysis of sociometric choices, as well as the expert survey and the comparative analysis of micro-groups efficiency. According to the results of the mathematical processing of the data, the optimum structure of the informal leadership for effective work collectives is determined.

Abstract
Competition in the market of retrieval systems is very high at present; hence attention should be paid to users’ criteria of choosing this or that brand. This work is devoted to analyzing the perception of search results by the respondents depending on the retrieval system brand. It is stated that not only the convenience of this or that system organization is important but also people’s personal preferences. The study showed that similar search results branded differently are really appreciated by users differently.

Abstract
The article is devoted to the description of updating the technique of the "burnout” syndrome diagnostics for its application on parents, as well as to its psychometric verification and standardization. The purpose of the research is the theoretical substantiation and working out of a technique of parent’s burnout diagnostics. The obtained high psychometric data enable to use the technique in psychodiagnostics. This article is of interest for psychologists and educators who work in the system of education; and for services of medical, psychological and social support for children with special needs.

Abstract
The article analyses the concept of «epatage», «manipulation» and «kitsch»in the framework of deviantological and socio-psychological approach. The article indicates the factors of perception and processing of epatage information. Epatage is stated to be both a destructive and a positive phenomenon, a kind of intensifier of emotional and sensual component of human psychology; besides, it is a stimulus of «taste buds» of the settled morality code. The article gives the analysis of matches and mutual exclusions between epatage and kitsch. The author states that kitsch is a tool of epatage and gives a characteristic of the patrimonial signs of manipulation. The basic functions of epatage are considered to be the mechanism of manipulation. The author expresses concern at the fact that the state and the government, using total manipulation, inevitably accelerate the process of changing the system of cultural norms and values of the society on the level of generation. And it threatens to the society with sociocultural and psychological cataclysms (let alone the economic and political cataclysms). Such broadband experiment of the authorities and the state over the people may be the last for the nation, the society, and, consequently, for the state itself.

Abstract
The article is devoted to the study of the main differentiating features characteristic for civil ideas of students in modern Russia. Besides, their structure and emotional intenseness are analyzed. The author presents her own methodology enabling to get the notion of the content of civil ideas, of the usual ways of civil behavior in Europe and Russia, as well as of university students’ civil attitudes. The article presents the model of applying such methodology on the example of the work done with the students of Kaluga State University.

Abstract
Results of research of influence of emotions are presented in article on psychological stability of managers at decision-making. Intrinsic lines of the concept "decisions” which can be defined as process and result of a choice of the purpose and a way of its achievement reveal. Classifications of process of the decision by the different bases are given, the factors influencing quality of the administrative decision are allocated. The model of training of the manager which assumes a support on some components is described: model of activity of the expert (the description of types of professional activity, its sphere and structure, standard professional tasks, a situation and ways of its decision is professiogramma of activity); psychological model of the identity of the expert (the description of its emotional and strong-willed qualities providing successful performance of tasks, arising in the professional sphere, and also its self-training and self-development is professionally important qualities).

Abstract
The article presents the results of the monitoring of university students’ ensuring with scholarships. The monitoring was performed for the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation in 2013. In the framework of monitoring the authors examined the following aspects: legality, independence, fairness, confidentiality, information openness, fair treatment as dominant aspects of evaluation of the scholarship resource management effectiveness. The authors propose criteria for granting a student the state academic scholarship in accordance with his progress in studies.

Abstract
The article describes the peculiarities of elder preschoolers’ forms and functions of speech. The author studies preschool children’s speech abilities in individual and co-education, shows that the situation of co-education is the most conducive for the development of elder preschoolers’ speech. Particular attention is paid to the development of the regulatory functions of speech (speech planning, control, evaluation and correction of activities) as the most important component of speech readiness for school.

Abstract
The article considers the questions of adults’ educational activity motivation, peculiarities of their cognitive needs, the role of their activity and self-reliance in the process of studying at the retraining courses and continuing education as important components of training. The author presents the results of the empirical research aimed to study adults’ motivation inducing them to become the participants of the educational process. These students’ priority motives for training are determined. The author draws conclusions concerning the role of adults’ motives for learning in the organization of the training process.

Abstract
The article describes the psychological conditions that facilitate or hinder successful social adaptation of orphans who graduate from vocational training institutions and colleges to their first job from the standpoint of environmental and dynamic approach. The problems are highlighted from the viewpoint of both the adaptants (new employees) and the employers, educators, specialists of postgraduate orphan support. It is shown that the characteristics of professional adaptation of orphans depend on the stability of their employment and on the nature and quality of their relationship with significant adults in the workplace. The authors state that orphans tend to transfer the patterns of interpersonal relationships and psychological defense mechanisms formed in their institutional environment into their employment, which determines their professional choices. The article also presents the organizational model of socio - psycho-pedagogical support for the orphans at the first workplace.

Abstract
The article presents the results of factor analysis of value orientations and social attitudes of adolescents prone to suicidal behavior. are The revealed factors characterize self-consciousness of adolescents personality in the context of studying their proneness to suicidal behavior. V. Yadov’s dispositional conception as a methodological basis of the research enables the author to explain direction and readiness for suicidal behavior. The peculiarities of such adolescents’ value orientations and social attitudes are revealed both in their urge to compensate their underrate self-esteem and in their increased conformism which is a kind of psychological defense.

Abstract
The article considers the psychological aspects of the concept of subculture and the history of its occurrence in Russia. The author carries out the comparative analysis of culture, subculture and identity, as well as of the role of social and individual emotional experiences in the process of “inculturation” to subculture. The analysis of subculture within the art frames and its historical aspect is given on the example of the Russian intelligentsia subculture. Besides, the similar and distinctive features of Russian and European subcultures are given.

Abstract
The article is devoted to the analysis of the peculiarities of a person’s intellectual activity in the uneven-aged student environment. The article bases on the results of the empirical research performed by the author. The author gives the theoretical analysis of age distinctions of a person’s intellectual activity. Besides, the age-related dynamics of the development of the following components of a person’s intellectual activity in the uneven-aged student environment are analyzed. They are: cognitive, motivational, emotional, and regulative components.
