Abstract
The paper considers the most challenging
questions of the peculiarities of will-regulation forming in
adults critical periods. The terms crisis, standard development,
maturity and identity are defi ned. The types
and realizations of crises as well as the nature of willregulation
are characterized at different critical periods in
adulthood and maturity. It has been shown that personalitys
life includes outer and inner aspects. The outer aspect
comprises certain values: job, social status, family and
social roles. The inner aspect consists of certain moments
at which some destructive forces operate getting a person
out of balance, signaling the necessity of changes and
pushing to a new scaffold at the next stage of the development.
Both destructive and constructive forces are foreseeable
and welcomed as they mark individual evolution.

Abstract
The article considers different components of
psychological and pedagogical rehabilitation and correction
of teenagers showing deviant behaviour of addictive
type by abusing active psychological substances in conditions
of psychotherapeutic community. The basic components
of the therapeutic program are presented. The main
principles and tasks of psychological work in the process
of psychological rehabilitation and correction are considered.
Different kinds of psychological work with addictive
teenagers and their parents (or their legal representatives)
are presented.

Abstract
The present article is dedicated to the study
of Moscow students conception about ideal romantic partner
characteristics. It analyzes the results of the conducted
focus groups. The given study allows of revealing the most
popular characteristics of an ideal romantic partner in the
given focus groups. Having analyzed the data we came to
the conclusion that the most popular qualities refl ect modern
tendencies, culture infl uence and socially approved
stereotypes whereas individual differences are realized in
degrees of importance that the subjects attach to the characteristics
and in the least popular characteristics as well.

Abstract
On the basis of theoretical and empirical
methods of research the article presents a model of possible
types of interrelations between cognitive, emotional,
motivational and behavioural components of a persons
moral sphere. The causes of parameters incongruence
have been analyzed and the measures to eliminate them
have been suggested. The authors attention is focused
on the formation of teachers competence in defi ning the
tasks-dominants in schoolchildrens moral development.
The paper traces the infl uence of students collective and
socially signifi cant activity on the formation of schoolchildrens
moral experience and their moral qualities development.

Abstract
Along with scientifi c development of psychological
problems the system of psychological knowledge
includes a wide range of psychological ideas emerging
in non-scientifi c fi elds. The objectifi ed form expressing
worldly psychological knowledge is national ethnographic
culture (traditions, customs), mythology, folk art associated
with comprehension of human experience (sayings,
proverbs, historical songs and stories, etc.). The worldly
knowledge usually precedes scientifi c thought and coexists
with it in a modern structure of knowledge fertilizing
and stimulating its development.

Abstract
The article considers the problem of social
identity features of «the Russian Germans» ethnic group
representatives. The specifi city of the given ethnic group is
in disperse residing conditions. The author asserts that the
factor of social identity is a basis of ethnic group preservation
and development. The article presents the theoretical
analysis of socio-historical and socially-psychological
features of occurrence and development of «the Russian
Germans» ethnic group on the territory of Russia. The
conducted research allows of identifying the theoretical
concepts of the Russian Germans identity.

Abstract
Transformations occurring in the Russian society
demand the use of the potential of representatives
of various social groups: intellectual, social, economic and
psychological. Under such conditions one of the basic carriers
of the given potential is the youth as an innovative
resource of a society, as specifi c socially-psychological potential

But this human resource is characterized by heterogeneity
of its subculture, professional marginality and individualistic
values.

Abstract
This article discusses a rarely analyzed aspect
of intelligentsias psychology - religion. Based on
the study of sources representing Russian intelligentsias
identity discourse the author pointed out some features
characterizing intelligentsias attitude towards faith. It is
shown that the relationship between intelligentsia and faith
give rise to faith discourse categories which are of an antinomy
type uniting the oppositions, which in its turn constructs
intelligentsias identity discourse. The antinomies
are connected both with individual intellectuals need for
spiritual search and their collective atheism inherent in a
group initiating modernization.

Abstract
The article presents the results of sociometric
status research of military men in a group in relation to military
men`s values. 108 sergeants and soldiers took part in
the research. On the basis of A.Ya. Antsupovs modular
sociometric test including My attitude module and the
technique A parity level of value orientations availability
and value by Ye.B. Fantalova the author determines the
presence of correlation between military mans sociometric
status and his value orientations.

Abstract
The article reveals the uncertainties of school
readiness problem. The author considers the features of
pre-schoolchildrens psychological school readiness and
specifi city of primary schoolers psychological preparedness
for transition to secondary school. The emphasis is
laid on emotional and volitional school readiness; its manifestations
are described in pre-schoolchildren and primary
schoolers training. It is shown that the level of volitional
control (volitional effort, and volitional qualities) predetermines
a smooth transition to secondary school and success
in learning. The features of emotional and motivational
components of school readiness are marked at different
levels. The author describes specifi c psychological readiness
of schoolchildren in grade 4 and 5 and highlights a
number of challenges facing students psychological training
for studies in high school.

Abstract
The article considers the development of personalitys
value and semantic sphere in the light of educational
problems. The semantic system of a personality is
investigated depending on its activity and hierarchy of motives.
Based on the analysis of the problem of personalitys
semantic sphere dynamics the author identifi es the means
of development and transformation of schoolchildrens motivational
sphere. For the purpose of conscious management
of schoolchildrens semantic formations some necessary
pedagogical conditions are considered as special
devices to infl uence the personality.

Abstract
The paper presents the results of the dynamics
of future social workers personal and professional
competence formation research. The dynamics is irregular,
intermittent, having non-linear nature which impedes
the formation of personal and professional competence by
the beginning of students practices in the social sphere.
It is shown that the most signifi cant contribution to this
process can be made by a motivational-value component
which determines the formation of personal and professional
competence and personal-professional maturity.

Abstract
The article analyzes the psychological aspects
of building the noo-humanistic worldview in students.
The author is mainly concerned with the issues of study
process management taking into consideration music
students thinking and mentality. It is shown that noo-humanistic
training does not only promote the development
of thinking, but also helps to fi nd new analogies of modern
realities and alternative approaches to solving professional
problems. This situation could become a springboard for a
future specialist to learn new horizons of thinking activity
and become competitive in market economy conditions.

Abstract
At present, factors affecting student team relationships
have been understudied as modern psychology
does not provide clear and unambiguous characteristics of
the factors negatively infl uencing team atmosphere. The
author suggests her own classifi cation of factors affecting
secondary school children team relationships and supplies
her variants of negative factors neutralization. Both inner
and outer factors are considered having equally powerful
impact on group atmosphere.

Abstract
The article studies the approaches to identifying
the symptoms of young schoolchildrens defi cit
development. The data are presented characterizing the
features of dynamic praxis, reciprocal coordination of
movements and grapho-motor coordination of children of
a primary school age.
The principles and criteria for assessment of the results
of diagnostic activity are defi ned. The study was
oriented at children with speech hypoplasia and students
with normal speech development. The age of children with
speech hypoplasia ranges from 8 to 10 years, whereas the
age of students with normal speech development - from
7 to 9 years.

Abstract
The paper proves that traditional approaches
to leadership research do not fi t modern organizational environment.
A new 3-factor model of organizational leadership
is suggested, theoretically grounded and empirically
verifi ed. Along with two well-known dimensions: orientation
to results and care for people, the model presents a
new value-cultural dimension that determines the ethical
aspects of a leaders behaviour and common objectives of
the organization. On the basis of the model a new typology
of leadership styles has been developed which allows of
differentiating implicit, motivational and value parameters
of a leaders behaviour.

Abstract
The article presents a comparative analysis
of professiological and acmeological approaches to
specialists professional development. The author
concludes that it is necessary to use the views of
Russian labor and occupational psychologists providing
professional and personal support for the formation of
a specialist during university studies. It is emphasized
that the process is of dual nature as it encompasses the
formation of professional skills and personal qualities.

Abstract
Based on a comprehensive theoretical
analysis of existing in domestic and foreign psychology
approaches to the development of specialists professional
identity the paper suggests a theoretical model of this
phenomenon. The author defi nes social and psychological
self-concept vision of a specialist and describes the basic
components of the model of specialists professional identity
development. The main focus is on such psychological
mechanisms of professional identity formation as social
categorization, identifi cation and alienation.

The article offers psycho-educational
model of individual style of an expert in ethno-cultural
education. This system is characterized by the unity of title,
administrative, substantive, organizational and effi cient
components presented at the stages of settlement,
integration and customization of forming an individual
style of the future specialist in the fi eld of ethno-cultural
education. The implementation of professionally signifi cant
qualities of future specialists in the fi eld of ethno-cultural
education are described at individual, micro group, group
and macro group levels of activity.

Abstract
The article considers the key aspects
of creativity in professional occupation. Based on the
analysis of dialectical correlation between creativity and
professional occupation the author identifi es activitycreative
and personal-creative aspects of creativity
in professional occupation. Activity-creative aspect is
considered as a correlation of activity and creativity having
mutual infl uence. Personal-creative aspect is considered
as a correlation of individual infl uence on specifi c features
of creativity and vice versa.
