The historical review of approaches to studying of social-psychological

presented. The historical-psychological context
of the problem is defined. The basis of allocation
of the main stages of its decision is change
of types of scientific rationality. Nonclassical
character of the problem of social psychological

Abstract
As part of this article presents
the results of a comparative study of the level of
professional burnout of teachers and educators
of preschool educational institutions occupying
high status, medium status and low status positions
in the informal structure of the teaching
staff. The dynamics and the level of burnout is
directly related with the status-role position the
employee in an informal intra group structure
of the teaching staff. In particular, the level
of burnout kindergarten teacher, is higher if
his status position in the intra group informal
structure of the teaching staff can be characterized
as low status or as a high status

The cognitive-communicative
approach owes its formation and development
to the generalizing humanistic approach to the
teaching of foreign languages. The main point of
humanistic approach is the complex orientation
towards the personality of a student. The
humanistic direction in psychology, linguistics

An experimental study of the influence
of the educational environment of high
school, where he studied for future military psychologist,
on the formation of his professional
competence in the real world activities. The study
was conducted on a representative sample of Navy
psychologists (n = 52), who studied at 7 universities.
The basic relationship desriptorov educational
environment and the emergence of professional
competencies: 1) handle the intensity and
dominance, linked with the development of standard
competencies, 2) stability of the educational
environment, emotionality, coherence, generalizations
related with the development core competencies,

experiments that have engulfed at least 14 years
more than 1000 foreign students and 100 Russian
teachers) The content of the psychological
determinants of vocational and personal
development. It is proved that the dominant region
is metadeterminant which bears a distinct ethnopsychological

Abstract
The article contains the results
of analysis of level, types of aggression and of
the level of self-concept among adolescents of
both genders at the age from 18 to 20. For result
processing following methods were used: Mann-
Whitney U-test, correlated and qualitative
tests. The key point of analysis is the problem of
gender peculiarities of aggression. The article
considers the problem of specificity of student`s
aggression as consistent with different levels of
self-concept. The importance of such research
in relation to adolescents is obvious - selfconsciousness
acquires its own unique features
and creates preconditions for self-actualization
and for social activity, during this period the
complexity and differentiation of self-image
raises.

The article lays out theoretical
foundation for the hypothesis of regional
differences in adolescents assessment strategies.
Matrix analysis is used to show that in
the North-East region of the CIS adolescents
have mostly intrapsychic assessment types and
adopt strategies of assimilation in a group. In
the Central region, however, accommodation
to the group and interpsychic assessments are
more prevalent.
