players depending on an uneasiness condition
are stated. The special attention is given to

of uneasiness at various subgroups (more

Abstract
As part of this article presents
the results of a comparative study of the level of
professional burnout of teachers and educators
of preschool educational institutions occupying
high status, medium status and low status positions
in the informal structure of the teaching
staff. The dynamics and the level of burnout is
directly related with the status-role position the
employee in an informal intra group structure
of the teaching staff. In particular, the level
of burnout kindergarten teacher, is higher if
his status position in the intra group informal
structure of the teaching staff can be characterized
as low status or as a high status

Abstract
The cognitive-communicative
approach owes its formation and development
to the generalizing humanistic approach to the
teaching of foreign languages. The main point of
humanistic approach is the complex orientation
towards the personality of a student. The
humanistic direction in psychology, linguistics
and didactics led to the appearance of the
communicative and cognitive approaches. When
we use the cognitive- communicative approach
to the teaching of a foreign language a student
becomes an active participant of a foreign
language teaching process. The cognitive aspect

the level of self-concept among adolescents of
