Article is devoted studying of psychographic technologies in a professional selection situation. Approaches existing in a modern science to projective diagnostics of personal features are opened, indicators of display of characterologic features in drawing tests are proved. During empirical research the interrelation of graphic indicators of a projective technique with characterologic features of the person is established. Sample has been made of people who had the signs, allowing to qualify them as the persons possessing bright characterologic features, certain type: original-pessimistic, disturbing, impulsive-optimistical. On the basis of the established interrelations the system of interpretation of a projective technique for revealing of personal characterologic features is specified.

The paper is devoted to analysis of personality of quarrelsome adolescents. The peculiarities of motivational sphere, their ideas about themselves and ideal "I", relations in small groups, orientation of subjective control, self-appraisal and behaviorist reactions on the situation of frustration have been shown by the author. The results of the research prove that it is necessary to create school social-psychological services and effective trainings aimed at harmonization of personality of quarrelsome adolescents.

The data of increasing amount of pets in urban families is observed. The necessary for psychological comfort human-pet communication is based on anthropomorphisation of the animal. The anthropomorphism is supported by contemporary urban culture and by request of people to the behavior and exterior of the pet. The case study based on systemic approach of 25 urban families with pet show three psychological roles, which pet may play: the agent of separation, the triangle family member, and substitutional family member.

The author explains the peculiarities of a tutor's attractiveness that influences the cadets' cognitive ability, reveals the most important features of a tutor's attractiveness, and determines the degree of cadets' aspiration and tendency to be successful at the disciplines taught by the most attractive tutors at educational military frontier institution.

The article deals with the theory and methods of investigating the process of psychological consulting. It has also introduced a new «unit of analysis» which is an essential component of psychological help and assistance. This unit is the image of the process of psychological help of consulting psychologist.

In article results of researches of leadership in professional collectives of law enforcement bodies are stated. Three basic types of relations in collectives to which are carried professional, formal and liberal are revealed. Authoritativeness of the head at different types of relations in groups depends on its psychological status. As a result of the analysis it is revealed, that, first, by studying authority of heads probably to optimize their psychological status, secondly, applying a method of mathematical modeling, effectively to estimate and predict development of authoritativeness in divisions of various type of relations, thirdly, researching parameters of professional and emotional components of authority to carry out effective arrangement of the administrative staff, and, at last, fourthly, having revealed dynamics of authoritativeness of leaders, it is possible to carry out the authentic forecast of success of activity of divisions.

The article provides the reader with the results of a research done on the socio-psychological climate usual for military register offices. The author distinguishes the types of the socio-psychological climate, talks about the ways of it's evolving and describes the influence of informal leaders on it.

The theoretical prerequisites for consideration of the process of drawing volunteers into the NGO's activity, that make it possible to interpret this process as a form of social influence of membership groups on the potentially active people in order to establish in the society such values as altruism and humanism, are presented in article. The main social-psychological conditions, that ensure the efficiency of this process, and the characteristics of its display, are revealed in research.

The author of this article depicts the psychological portrait of a cadet with communicational problems, using psychosemantic technique "Personal differential" by Etkind. The research, done on 151 cadets of military school, makes it possible to state, that a person suffers from communicational problems not due to lack of some social or psychological qualities, but rather due to occurrence of personal communicational features like passivity, uncertainty, timidity, etc.

This article is about the socio-cultural determination of child's orientation in acts. In this abstract we specify the assumption of the social situation of development through family social surroundings and actual out-of- family social surroundings. We are considering the problem of the peculiarities of mother's influence on the orientation character of child under school age in organization of his action. We produce the results of our investigation, which aimed to reveal the connection between mother's social position and the character of child's organization of his action.

Neuropsychological approach to reading and writing development in elementary school children with learning difficulties is described on base of moving from "global" text reading with image support to reading of separate sentences and words.

The article gives us information about foundation of creative surroundings in school. Psychological and pedagogical conditions of organizing creative surroundings are considered to be precautions and diminution of deviated behavior of schoolchildren. During the experimental work was proved the effectiveness of creative surroundings as the main factor of deviated behavior's precautions.

Communication channel which a consumer of education have confidence in co-participate in the certain HEI image formation. Psychological differences between the group of applicants trusting the information received through the Internet and the group relying on other channels of information about HEIs were not revealed. These groups may become target groups for PR-specialists, targeted for establishment of efficient communication of HEI with the consumers of its services. Psychological characteristics of each target group representatives shall be accounted for individualization of HEI's process of communication with such target groups.

Moderns ways of teaching native language favor verbal skills of communication and it results into a disadvantage for people that rely mostly on non-verbal communication. The author of this article thinks it's time to change teaching methodic to make it less discriminative towards people with non-verbal intellect.

In article the concept analysis «pedagogical skill» is presented. The author draws a conclusion on its ambiguity in various psihologo-pedagogical approaches. The essence of methodical skill is opened. It consists in fast, exact and conscious performance of certain influence on trainees. Methodical skill is the higher level of the competence of the teacher.

Research in group of children of 4-6 years engaged at situated near Moscow School of early development is carried out. Research has revealed that during training by graphic activity under developing program the child of 4-6 years acquires initial concepts of geometrical forms and spectral colors, connecting them with the real, generalized and emotionally painted subjects. We count, that development of conceptual thinking at preschool age at lessons of graphic activity is possible by stage-by-stage formation of intellectual actions on the basis of their subject analogues.

In clause results of the empirical research, devoted are presented to dynamics of emotional culture of the social teacher during its vocational training. Results of skilled-experimental work show, that vocational training posseses a rich arsenal of the means providing development of given aspect of professionalism of the social teacher.
