Abstract
This article shows the influence of self-trust of a professional on the choice of strategies for professional conduct, the influence on orientation, self-regulation and value orientation. Results of the study allow us to consider professional self-trust as a self-attitude. Professional self-trust measure currently has a level structure: high, medium, low. It had been established that low levels of self-trust of a professional negatively influences the effectiveness of the paramedics of the Emergency Medical Services, while professionals with an optimal level of self-trust in their professional activities take into account the situation and characteristics of the patient, are relying on professional intuition, accept responsibility for the results.

Abstract
The state of the problem of determination of economic consciousness at the stage of the primary economic socialization have been analyzed. The differences in approach domestic and foreign researchers are examined. The feature of the present stage of research problem determination are defined. It is associated with the search of the multi-factors system contributing to economic consciousness of person. The analysis of manifestation by the identity of properties of the subject in understanding of economic events and objects is also perspective.

Abstract
We have conducted a discriminant analysis to distinguish between the influence of biological sex and gender identity on the peculiarities of family role behavior. Eighty couples (men and women) representing different types of partnerships have been examined. The couples, consisting of different types of partnerships have been examined: premarital relations, the actual (or civil) marriage, a young family, mature family. Such roles, as a claim on the visual appeal and the expectation of social activity of the partner, as well as focus on meeting the sexual needs of partners are determined primarily by biological sex and are more common for women than for men. Family roles associated with the organization of entertainment, education of children, the requirements of the partner in the household and the emotional and psychological sphere, activity in intimate sexual and socio-professional life are caused by social sex. The study of gender relations allows to present a comprehensive picture of the role behavior, as well as social and psychological position of men and women as the subjects of relations in different spheres of life, and especially in family relations.

Abstract
The article is devoted the problem of emotional responsiveness in children, without parental care, which is involved in the integrity of socialization of individualization. Through interviews, observation, problem solving, the authors revealed the predominance of social orientation and reduced the significance of the individual manifestations of emotional responsiveness, which indicates the imbalance of the integrity of socialization of individualization is due to the social conditions of development.

Abstract
The article discusses dependency of teenagers’ coping strategies from the features of parents reflection (father and mother). Also the question of harmonic family and problematic family is uncovered. Productive coping strategies of teenagers from single-parent harmonic families are connected with positive reflection of absent parent or idealized image (in case of death), or replaced image of God, which stimulate to overcome. The negative reflection of parents in single-parent problematic families tend to develop such coping strategies, which delegate the responsibility to friends, relatives or God.

Abstract
The article deals with the problems of differential psychophysiology in modern human study. The author studies this problem in the historical aspect and expresses her personal point of view on the necessity to scrutinize differential psychophysiology form the standpoint of modern psychologists. Differential psychophysiology and its “related branches” - differential psychology, genetic psychophysiology, psychogenetics, psychology of holistic individuality, ecological psychology of individuality, differential acmeology - have been still mistakenly taken as physiology and unrelated to any fundamental psychology laws. As a result, the sphere of individual differences, and of individuality in the whole, has become a step child of psychology. Modern scientific research unambiguously proves the problem of individual specificities to be a cornerstone for science and practice. Besides, the importance of working through numerous problems under the slant of differential psychology has become obvious.

Abstract
The article presents the results of empirical studies on decision-making strategies in an uncertain environment as simulated by the Iowa Gambling Task. We examined the relationship of personality features, such as the Dark Triad traits, with the success of pragmatic results of sequential decision-making process in a situation with a target orientation towards obtaining the largest possible profit. The differences in the correlations of the Dark Triad traits with the effectiveness of decision-making are demonstrated between the persons occupied in managerial professions and persons not engaged in leadership positions.

Abstract
This article presents the results of research of professional self-determination of senior pupils of secondary schools, as well as the characteristics of the operational component of regulatory experience. Examines the role of operational experience in the process of professional self-determination of students and the development of an author’s position in the labour (of subjectivity). Proved the crucial role of this component of regulatory experience in this aspect. Studied deposits of the operational component in professional self-determination of pupils of the senior classes, have an inclination for various professional spheres.

Abstract
In the article is revealed the results of a study of the value orientations of the two independent samples: programmers and representatives of creative professions (artists and art historians). The authors used the first part of the method of the value orientations S. Shwartz for research the value orientations. The study revealed statistically significant differences in the groups on a number of values and a (the) comparative analysis. The authors concluded that both groups have a similar profile values as well as different ways to achieve this goal.

Abstract
The article presents the results of the evaluation of methodological readiness of organizational psychology and related disciplines to the psychological study of the labor market. Described extraction procedure is expert psychological components of economic and sociological interpretations of the labor market. Formulated the psychological definition of the labor market. Presented communicative model of the labor market and its social and psychological structure. Showing signs of psychological “imperfections” of the labor market, in particular, asymmetrical relations of its members. Outlined possibilities of humanistic development of the labor market.
