Abstract
The article deals with the authors parental
love typology of mothers and fathers to the children of
pre-school age. The typology was worked out as a result
of empirical investigation. The basis of the parental love
typology to preschoolers contains the correlation of biological,
psychological and sociological components of maternal
and paternal love. The present typology was worked
out by means of hierarchical cluster analysis and includes
seven basic types of maternal and paternal love.

Abstract
The paper presents theoretical and empiric
foundations of persons resilience criteria. The content
analysis of the following criteria: personal and spiritual (holistic),
communicative (dialogical), level (temporal) allows
of confirming the persons resilience consideration in the
contexts of natural-social-spiritual entity, demonstrates the
dominating character of spiritual component in the structure
of persons resilience and shows the role of communicative
factor as a means of spiritual sense-creation.

Abstract
The article covers the problem of mentally
challenged teenagers self-esteem in comparison with
their normal intellect peers. The article analyses the general
self-esteem of mentally challenged teenagers and
substantiates the urgency and practical importance of the
problem. There is also a description of methods of psychological-
pedagogical research of general self-esteem
that enlarges the tools of Russian oligophrenopedagogy
and psychology. The ways of application of the received
results are outlined in practical oligophrenopedagogy and
psychology.

Abstract
The article presents the research results of
affective-evaluative component of the first year students
self-concept. The examined students major in different
subjects. It was determined that in spite of the trends common
to all first-year students self-appraisal profile, selfattitude
features and the level of self-actualization, there
is certain variety in data concerning students majoring in
mathematics, philology and psychology.

Abstract
The article deals with the results of comorbidity
of addiction problem empirical research undertaken by
the author. The focus of the study is on some commonly
spread addictions such as alcoholism, drug, gambling,
adrenaline, sexual, love, people and relationships, computer,
the Internet and work addictions. Сomparative and
statistical analysis data have proved that almost all modern
addictions are comorbid. Thus, comorbidity presents
a methodological problem when creating addiction diagnostic
tools.

Abstract
The paper is devoted to the problems of
educational environment research. Based on theoretical
and methodological analysis of the types of educational
environment, the author concluded that the educational
environment can be represented by three interrelated organizational-
group components: organizationally administrative,
collectively group and culturally traditional. The
article suggests the authors typology of educational environment,
depending on the pronounced organizational and
group components. The main types of educational environment
are «organizational and integrative», «organizationally
traditional», «self-organizing».

Abstract
The article considers the influence of
social and psychological state on teacher-pupil conflict
interaction. Social and psychological state is presented on
different levels and in various aspects: behavior aspect,
cognitive aspect, emotional aspect. The education process
conflict interaction is considered as teachers response
that runs counter pupils behavior. It is shown that the
influence of social and psychological state can be of two
kinds: stimulating (encouraging) and inhibiting (putting
down the creative initiative, activity and energy of person).
Social and psychological state is regarded as a dynamic
balance state between the requirements of the society and
social and psychological maturity of the person. It reflects
the degree of harmony of the persons relationship with
social environment and the degree of his/her social and
psychological maturity.

Abstract
The article analyzes the specific features of
tolerance shown in different types of psychology student
groups. The results of this research were obtained with the
help of psycho-diagnostics methods, including the procedures
of researching of interpersonal attitudes in a group
and personal inquirers. It was proved, that there is a direct
interconnection between the level of tolerance and the type
of student group. It was shown how the level and kinds of
tolerance change at different stages of the group development.
The obtained regularities will allow to form and
develop this professionally important competence among
psychology students.

Abstract
The article considers the problem of social
rehabilitation of mentally handicapped children and their
families from the angle of integral ecosystem approach.
The author attempts at identifying priority-driven forms
and technologies of rehabilitating this category in a special
center. The basic stages and the key aspects of rehabilitation
of mentally handicapped children are determined. The
article examines the problems of organization of invalid
rehabilitation in the Russian Federation and suggests
possible ways of their solution based the development of
the system of organization and interaction of rehabilitative
structures and rehabilitation specialists training.

Abstract
The article presents the results of an experimental
study of the influence of multicultural educational
environment of school on the level of ethnic identity and
tolerance of schoolchildren. A content analysis of the characteristics
of school learning environments was done. The
levels of migrant and local childrens adaptation in multicultural
educational environment were examined and compared,
depending on the program to optimize inter-group
adaptation. Interconnections between common characteristics
of interactions and ways of their regulation were
revealed.

Abstract
The study is devoted to the problem of influence
of personal position on overcoming intellectual passivity
of primary schoolchildren. A number of studies give
characteristics of poorly performing pupils which are very
similar to manifestations of intellectual passivity, however,
the term intellectual passivity is not always used and the
focus is shifted to the causes of underachievement. In
this case the nature of intellectual passivity drops out of
the research and the problem of overcoming difficulties in
learning comes to the fore. An important condition for overcoming
the intellectual passivity is transforming schoolchildrens
internal position.

This article is devoted to the urgent problem
of forming personalitys civic position. It describes the concepts
of citizen and civic consciousness which are interpreted
as personalitys characteristics allowing to feel
socially, morally and legally active. It analyzes the interdisciplinary
concepts of position and formation. It presents
modern researchers views on civic position, which is treated
as personalitys characteristic feature responsible for
moral convictions, values and socially important acts. The
phenomenon of forming a civic position is considered. It
is proved that school educational environment is potentially
efficient in forming personalitys civic position.

Abstract
The cognitive-communicative approach essentially
changes the roles of secondary school pupil
and teacher. The pupil becomes an active participant of
learning process. Modern school requires certain didactic
means capable of creating effective pedagogical conditions
for foreign language teaching. The dynamics of pupils
motives should be taken into consideration to increase
the quality of foreign language teaching. The coincidence
of teaching and learning objectives of all participants of
educational process is an important condition for successful
realization of cognitive-communicative approach.

Abstract
This article theoretically grounds the
hypothesis that situational anxiety influences firstgraders
adaptation to school. The study is based on the
idea of P. Galperin that all forms of mental activity, not
just cognitive or intellectual, represent different forms of
personal orientation in problem situations. Therefore the
situational anxiety can be regarded as a manifestation of
temporary maladjustment mobilizing psychological signals
and promoting better adaptation of first-graders to new
conditions of learning.

The development of business qualities is
a necessary condition in training modern frontier staff.
The article presents the results of empirical research of
the development of frontier high school cadets business
qualities during social and psychological training. The
groups which took part in training showed better results
in intellectual, volitional, persevering, emotional stability,

The author identifies the essence and characteristics
of social competence and competence-based
approach. It has been proved that by applying competence-
based approach educators help orphans become
more prepared to the grown-up world. They learn to solve

of the society, analyze their achievements and mistakes,
etc.

Abstract
The article considers the problem of youth
self-realization. It focuses on interpersonal relations (needs)
which assist young peoples self-realization. The purpose
of the research is to show that satisfaction of interpersonal
needs will result in adequate harmonious self-realization
at adolescent age. The experiment conducted with senior
graders proved the suggestion that the development of
interpersonal social relationships contributes both to selfrealization
and personal orientation of adolescents.

Abstract
Тhis article continues researching the problem
of drug abuse preventive maintenance in army psychologists
activity as a factor of his/her personal reliability.
Based on the analysis of large data the inconsistency was
revealed between standard requirements for the organisation
of this activity and the attitude of the leading chair
staff which train and improve the professional skills of army
psychologists. The causes of the situation were analyzed.
The conclusion was made about the necessity of taking
into account the revealed tendencies in implementing the
Program of Reliability of Personnel in the Russian Army.

Abstract
The article considers the problems of revealing
professional reliability of drug control servicemen. The
structure of reliability, its parameters and their influence
on servicemens efficient work is determined. The system
of staff selection and distribution is analyzed. Intellectual,
emotionally strong-willed, communicative and motivational
aspects of personnels professional reliability are identified.
The typical portrait of a serviceman having a low level of
professional reliability is described. The model of forming
professional reliability of the personnel is developed and
its efficiency is tested.

The article addresses the core bases of the
noo-humanistic culture concept in terms of its scientific
and humanistic components. The principle of harmony
plays the key role in generating such similar concepts as
sustainable development, tolerance and homeostasis.
The importance has been stressed of forming noohumanistic
outlook in future educational musicians as they
realize noo-humanistic ideas of harmonizing socio-natural
systems.

Abstract
The article substantiates the subject and
methodological approaches to the study of corruption behavior
in the light of the theory of alienation. According to
this theory corruption behavior is regarded as a disbalance
of personal and societal moral norms and law. The terms
«corruption behavior», «corruption pressure», «anti-corruption
resistance» and «susceptibility to corruption» have
been defined. The theory of corruption norm has been formulated.
Psychosemantic method for diagnosing corruption
behavior has been substantiated.

the article deals with the aggressive behavior
of conscripts. The place of aggression is identified in
the structure of deviant behavior. The survey of home and
foreign literary sources on the problem is presented. The
theoretical and practical aspects of the problem are considered.
Some common and conscript specific factors of
aggressive behavior are identified. Based on the analysis
of the existing models of aggression a model of soldiers
aggressive behavior was suggested and described.

Abstract
The article presents the results of sociometric
status research of military men in a group in relation to the
results of service activity. 108 sergeants and soldiers took
part in research. The presence of correlation between military
mans sociometric status and service activity results is
determined on the basis of Antsupovs modular sociometric
test, particularly with the progress in educational disciplines.
Antsupovs modular sociometric test includes five
modules: my attitude, attitude towards me, official duties
quality performance, moral qualities, group interests and
personal interests.

The article stresses the urgency of using social
and cultural potential of the city of scientists as one of
the factors favouring the choice of science intensive professions
among students. The features of scientists city
as special environment to form professional identification
of preschoolers are considered, as well as the peculiarities

Abstract
The research objective is revealing and studying
psychological determinants of the level of conflictness
and their influence on professional activity of traffic police
inspectors as it is psychological and individual factors that
determine conflict genesis consciousness and characterize
the resources of the antagonists. The basic hypothesis
of the research is that the level of conflictness depends on
individual and professionally significant qualities of traffic
police inspectors. Thus if the level of conflictness decreases
in the course of correctional work it positively influences
the professional adaptation, quality of professional activity
and psychological preparedness of traffic police inspectors
at interaction with the participants of traffic.

and development of social work education abroad. It deals
with universal objectives of national social work educational
systems which testify to the social work educational
system having transferred to competence-based model
reflecting the integration of theory and practice, content
and methods of teaching, students and teachers interests

the strategies of contemporary social work education

Abstract
Based on the analysis of the history of pedagogy
the article shows that social pedagogy has gone
through the hardships of its paradigm formation and development.
The analysis of pedagogic paradigm change
in the 20th century allowed the author to compare social
pedagogy paradigms of the beginning and the end of the
20th century and to explain them by means of phenomenological
method. The logic of poly-paradigmatic development
combines the theories of social education, care,
educational environment (or third educational space),
educational and micro-society space interaction and the
theory of professional education in social pedagogy.

This article deals with the problem of
institutional identity of social pedagogy. The essence of
this problem is disclosed in the context of the processes
of institutional transformation, which is considered through
the prism of scientific knowledge, practice and training
of the personnel. The first level is associated with the
development of a new branch of pedagogical knowledge
- social pedagogy; the second one is associated with the
formation of institutions and activities to provide qualified
social and educational assistance to children and youth,
and the third level involves the development of the social
worker training system against the background of the
reform of vocational education.

Abstract
Based on theoretical analysis of contemporary
Russian studies the article considers different approaches
which reveal the regulatory function of ethical dimension in
future social educators professional culture. Institutional
and non-institutional normative and value regulators of
social and pedagogical activity have been identified. The
ethical dimension in professional culture is defined as the
aggregate of professional and ethic conventionality and
future social educators culture of dignity.
