Abstract
The article is devoted to the peculiarities of the Bologna Action Lines. They are dealing on the one hand with unification of common requirements to the forming of educational systems in different countries, and on the other hand the implementation of these requirements in each national system depends on the national priorities established in educational area. The author pays special attention to the problem of providing the compatibility, comparativeness and harmonization of national higher educational systems in Europe in terms of the Bologna Declaration.

Abstract
The article is dedicated to the analysis of Global Standards for the Education and Training of the Social Work Profession. This document is regarded as a new stage in the development of Social Work Education. The author emphasized its importance either for the home Social Work Education or for the international experience of training of the social work profession. This experience is considered in terms of developing from traditional educational paradigm to problem-based learning and then to the education based on the development of competence.

The article provides scientific determination of a new view on the higher education according inclusion Russian Federation into Bologna process. In the content there were compared such terms as “competence” and “competent”; also explained core competencies of social workers in Great Britain. The author reveals certain structure of future specialists’ potential during formation of professional competencies of social workers.

Abstract
The article deals with the analysis of the main principles for realizing Bologna process and the peculiarities of its implementation in Germany where corresponding higher educational standards have been established on the legislative level. The curriculum of the department of social security in Potsdam University of Applied Sciences according to local standards has got a modulus structure which defines the basic competences and directives for curriculum development taking into account the various aspects of social work.

The article deals with the system of competences in the area of social work specialists training. The object of Social Work as Science is to systematize a lot of theories either in general or in terms of a specific sphere of knowledge. Abstract
Great changes are taking place in France in the area of social work, and simultaneously professional training in this sphere is improving. The scientific article describes transformations of this professional field and changes in the training of social workers engaged in social intervention. These transformations are connected with political and administrative reforms: decentralization of the power system, emergence of new educational programms, possibility of certificating the social workers who are working without a university diploma. In conclusion the article defines what French Universities are able to do to improve the situation in the sphere of social work and appraises the potential of universities training the social educators for this professional field.

The article is dedicated to the analysis of the professional characteristics of Bachelor of Social Work to construct the competence model for training Bachelors of Social Work. The forming of such a model proposes the system approach to the Bachelor activity as to the subject of cognition, the morphological analysis of this activity and detailing its specific character. The article generalizes all scientific approaches to the Social Work Education modeling.

Abstract
The process of social worker’s professional competences forming in higher professional schools of the Tatarstan Republic is accomplishing mainly by means of traditional learning forms and methods. However, besides knowledge and skills, the key competences comprise the cognitive abilities, personality qualities, and socio-cultural behavior forms; the development of them is possible in the personality-oriented education that allows to solve the problem of key competences and qualification development.

The article presents the revision of organizational foundations and innovative principles of educational, expert-analytical programs and technologies of social work and social workers’ training management in the Tatarstan Republic. The social workers’ training content project is accomplished on the basis of comparative analysis of activity model and specialist’s model: the structure and content of the basic construct of a specialist for social sphere is also developed.

Abstract
The scientific article discusses experience in organizing volunteer activity of students from the Social Pedagogy Department of the Adyghe State University. Special attention is given to the description of tutorship as the form of individual support of risk group teenagers. The authors examine methodological approaches to development of tutorship contents and to the organization of monitoring and provide the purposes, problems, forms and methods of work of the volunteer - instructor and features of his motivation. Interactive lessons with training elements are considered as the effective form of preparing students for practical activity aimed at the solution of a social problem. This information can be useful in development of curriculums of practice-oriented disciplines to prepare bachelors of social work.
