Abstract
The purpose of the article is to consider some family and environmental predictors of bullying (school baiting) of younger adolescents against their peers. The study involved 758 teenagers aged 10-13 years from schools in Moscow, Moscow region and Astrakhan. It has been revealed that boys of 11 to 13 years old are bullied more often at school, while girls more often become the aggressors who use the verbal and social victimization of the victim in the process of baiting. It is noted that the high level of parents’ cruelty and aggression is connected with the possibility of systematic violence and victimization of peers. The list of protective means is defined. According to the children they will protect them from baiting at school. The authors prove the need for a more wide consideration of the school baiting problem in a complex socio-psychological context.

Abstract
The article is aimed at describing an empirical study to identify men and women’s age-specific characteristics of personal resources and coping strategies. The leading research methods were diagnostic and static ones. They enabled to reveal the presence of significant differences in the characteristics of personal resources and coping strategies of men and women. Based on the results of the empirical study, the hypothesis that the personal resources and coping strategies are age specific is confirmed. It was found that young people prefer to use non-adaptive coping strategies: “escape-avoidance”, more mature ones use “self-control” and “problem-solving” adaptive strategies. The obtained research results can be used in forecasting possible risks in the process of overcoming and experiencing stress at young and mature age. Besides, the data obtained can be used in the consultative work of a psychologist.
