Abstract
The article analyses the problem of the
graduates adaptability to the labor market. The author
gives the analysis of some domestic and foreign authors
approaches to the notion of «adaptability.» There have been
made a comparative analysis of the following concepts:
«social integration» and «adaptability to the labor market».
The article describes the features of young specialists
training in a modern institution of higher education. The
author clarifies the criteria for assessing university graduates
vocational training in terms of the competence approach.
The article clarifies and proposes the concept of «graduates
adaptability to the labor market,» presents the criteria of
adaptability to the labor market, describes the components,
including the concept of the graduates adaptability to the
labor market.

Abstract
the article deals with the Subjects selfappraisal
as a particular case of estimation. The quantitative
self-appraisal of external qualities among the senior
schoolchildren is researched. The author states that any selfestimation
arises in the conditions of destruction of a traditional
patrimonial familys functioning. It is mentioned that a person
has function as an appraiser of his own professional activity
in changed social conditions. The results of the authors
research prove that the congruence of self-estimations to the
same age group estimations is higher in the eastern regions
of the CIS than in the western ones.

Abstract
The article describes the sociallypsychological
conditionality of the process of psychological
tobacco dependence formation. It is noted that the
psychological tobacco dependence formed at sociallypsychological
level is mainly caused by advertising
influence. Theres also mentioned that the formation of
such psychological dependence is essentially defined by
the tobacco corporationsactivity. The authors analyse
the impact of the macro environment, mezoenvironment
and microenvironments on the formation of the individual
psychological tobacco dependence. The article covers the
peculiarities of the WHO Framework Convention on tobacco
controlappliance in Russia, as well as the specific features
of anti-tobacco legislation in Russia. The authors present
the results of their empirical study on cigarette advertising,
indicating its undeniable effectiveness.

Abstract
The article analyses the cross points of
neuropsychology, general psychology and psychiatrys
interests. It is shown, that the main general interest is
structural and functional characteristics of higher mental
functions, which is considerably less studied than the genetic
characteristics. The author mentions issues of particular
importance for psychiatry. They are: the control of the patients
state dynamics in the process of psychopharmacotherapy
and the differential diagnosis given to different forms of
symptomatically similar mental disorders. On the example
of joint curing of the patient with depression the author
demonstrates that neuropsychological assessment, functional
diagnostics (EEG) and psychopathological examination are
organically supplementary to each other.

Abstract
The article analyzes the problem of
tolerance formation in a family. Tolerant/intolerant attitudes
are considered as the psychological state of readiness for
positive/negative reactions to the similarities/differences
between people, as the mechanisms regulating relations
with other people. The article presents the research results
of this phenomenon intensity in parental attitudes and
marital communications. The author points out the typology
of parental attitudes and defined the parameters of their
tolerance/intolerance.

Abstract
The article gives the domestic and
foreign psychology data of the theoretical analysis of the
phenomenon of the subjective well-being. The article
considers the approaches to studying the phenomenon of
the subjective well-being, analyses different approaches to
its content, structure, criteria and factors of its determination.
The article states that the subjective experience of the wellbeing
is a complex social-psychological phenomenon based
on the system of subjective relations. The author comes to
the conclusion that this phenomenon includes a lot of private
estimations of the Subjects productivity at different levels
of his vital activity organization. All those factors represent
complete and generalized estimation of the life directly
experienced by him to decide if it correlates with his basic
reference points

The article gives grounds of the communication
phenomenons natural-scientific origin, its relationship with
matter, information. Its also stated that it has some connection
with social processes of social reflection and imitation,
causing social actions by means of sharing the cultural
meanings. The author considers the main characteristics of

Abstract
The article presents various aetiological
conceptions of addictive behaviour formation among the
teenagers abused with psychoactive substances . The
analysis of addictive behaviour risk factors is carried out. The
ways of development and transition of addictive behaviour
into a disease are described. The author mentions the
influence of both the Teenager complex and the accentuation
of the character on teenagers addictive behaviour formation.
The article presents some behaviour patterns, which allow
defining an addictive teenagers deviant behaviour and
distortion of his personality in different spheres.

Abstract
The article is devoted to the problem of childparental
adaptation in foster families, which is described
through the childs position. The author compares the way the
Family phenomenon is understood by children from three
groups: children, who live in the orphanage; children, living
in blood foster family and children, having a new foster family.
The theoretical analysis enables to single out the criterion
of the childs adaptation to the new family. While making the
content analysis and comparative analysis the author comes
to the conclusion that the children, adapted to their foster family,
have clear and positive understanding of mother and father
image; they also positively characterize themselves as
family members, understand their role and functions in their
foster family, associate their future with their foster family, understand
the value of harmonic child-parental relationships;
they are aware of the significance of mutual support and acceptance.
The author formulates the recommendations for
psychological support service specialists on the parents and
childs preparation for living together.

Abstract
In the present study the author presents for
the first time the consideration of civil identity as a component
of the society social capital. The purpose of the study is
to identify the functional role of civic identity in the social
capital structure. The multiple regression analysis showed
that such characteristics of civic identity, as valence (the
degree of positivity) and strength (intensity), along with other
components of social capital relate to economic and political
attitudes of Russians. The research results demonstrate the
assumption that civic identity can be regarded as one of the
components of social capital

Abstract
The article presents the phenomenological
approach to the study of teenage orphans opinions about
themselves and other people within the self-structure. The
subject of this study covers the peculiarities of the teenage
orphans self-structure and their opinion about selves and
others. The article presents the results of an experimental
diagnostics: the tendencies of orphans isolating and involving
into relationship with their peers and the staff, thus defining
the self-structure. The author offers the typology of orphans
strategies of isolating and involving into communication
and defines the peculiarities of the self-structure typical for
teenage orphans. It is also stated that theres a meaningful
dependence of the orphans opinion about the others from
their self-structure.

Abstract
The article explores the problem of
«professional burnout» among school-aged children. It
analyzes the empirical studies, which provide a detailed
interpretation of «professional burnout» features among
schoolchildren. While analyzing the author took into
account the socio-psychological characteristics of
teenagers educational motivation. The article states that the
«professional burnout» syndrome is typical for teenagers.
Fixed patterns and correlations allow to assert that the
degree of the «professional burnout» among schoolchildren
is interconnected with two factors: a) social-psychological
aspects of relationships in «student - student» and «student
- teacher» systems; b) the level of educational motivation
of teenagers.

Abstract
The article defines the term motivation,
considers the problem of motivating students in terms of
two, proposed by American psychologists D. Hockenbury
and S. Hockenbury. The author analyzes the student-teacher
relations and student-classroom conditions, which directly
affect students motivation and success in their learning
activity. Students possess inherent motivation of their own,
but their classroom engagement depends on how well or
how poorly their teachers support that motivation. The author
states that both classroom conditions and the teachers
motivating style influence the students motivation level, make
the students more involved into the process of studying and
develop more efficient motivation stimuli.

Abstract
The article covers the problem of a persons
psychological stability in conditions of contemporary unstable
society. The author gives the analysis of the psychological
stability determinants in groups tending to its reduction,
namely, primary professional education students. As a result
of the authors research its stated that all the revealed
determinants were related to such psychological stability
indices as psychological well-being and its aspects. The
author considers these aspects to be associated with
personality growth, ability to make life meaningful and the
persons openness to gaining experience.

Abstract
This article considers the notion of school
anxiety as a basic one. It is stated that anxiety may be natural
and useful within normal limits. But at higher and high levels
it becomes destructive for the cognitive activity of junior
schoolchildren and teenagers.
It is stated that theres a risk of anxiety increase to higher
and high levels during schoolchildrens transition from primary
to secondary school, namely, when they are becoming the
fifth grade students. The article presents the results of an
experimental research aimed at identifying the fifth grade
schoolchildrens level of anxiety, its reasons and connection
with their progress in learning.

Abstract
The article offers a scientifically based
program of the organizational culture change (improvement)
of a modern Russian enterprise. The authors present an
intellectual product that can become the basis for the start
of a small joint venture, being set up in a humanitarian
higher education institution on the basis of the Decree of the
President of the Russian federation of August 4, 2009. While
developing the program the authors used the achievements
of some recognized European, American and Russian
consultants. In conclusion the authors resume that the
implementation of the management organizational culture
demands the staffs team work.

Abstract
The article deals with psycho-acmeological
approach in assessing the Heads activity in making
management decisions. The author describes only the
decisions made in problem situations, which require
seeking for alternative opportunities for the staffs relations
development. The analysis of empirical research allowed
to determine a number of factors, which are interpreted
as a number of separate lines of the Heads managerial
behavior, namely: the Heads personal productivity as a
manager in decision making; the use of formal relations in
terms of their specification; the educational orientation of the
Heads management activity; the management efficiency;
self-criticism; the Heads style of leadership; his ability to
demonstrate managerial activities; the strong-willed style of
leadership.

The article is devoted to the scientific problem
of social-psychological approach to the projects conflictmanagement.
The factors determining the nature of business
interaction within the team project are considered in the article.
The article reveals negative and positive consequences of
the conflict within the project group members. The invariant
part of any conflict, the personal dissonance, is revealed and
described in the article. The article discusses the economic
and psychological meaning of the conflict within the project
team. The author describes the positive and negative
consequences of conflicts within the project. Conflicts
typology within the business interaction inside the project
team is suggested in the article.

Abstract
The article analyses the reasons of the
organizational psychology crisis. The author states that
they are due to the limited character of the confrontational
paradigm, as it is within this paradigm the organizational
psychology has been formed and being developed until now.
The article presents a new approach, in the bases of which the
organization is understood as some continuous and dynamic
contradiction. The author gives as an example his own
research of a corporate culture where he singles out three
components and two basic levels. External manifestations
of culture, proclaimed values and interior value orientations
are the components. Management subculture and staffs
subculture are the two basic levels. According to the
given approach it is clear that any organizations culture is
contradictory. The author considers inter-level contradictions
to have basic character. Every level can have its own
peculiarities in all the tree components. It is stated that the
general tendency of the corporate culture development is
aimed at joining the two levels in all the components.

This article covers the actual for modern
society questions of extremism and intolerance among
youngsters. The authors had a goal of examining some
experience of a socio-psychological research made to study
an extremists personality characteristics. The authors present
the results of their own research made among the Kabardino-
Balkarian Republic students environment. In conclusion the
authors aphorize on the adequacy and efficiency of the used
research technique, and recommend it for further research.

Abstract
This article presents an extensive theoretical
analysis of the concept of an individuals professional
orientation based on 200 scientific sources. The
authors correlate the domestic and foreign psychologys
interpretations of the concepts personality and professional
orientation. Particular attention is paid to the professional
military approach. The article mentions some characteristics
of professional military orientation. The stages of this concept
study in course of military psychology are presented in terms
of the example of professional pilots preparation.

Abstract
The article covers some experimental and
theoretical problems of personal and professional expertise
of managers for the purpose of identifying and assessing
the psychological features, inherent to leaders. The author
explores the dependence of the leaders psychological
qualities differentiation of the regional, professional and
resultative components.
It is revealed that a management system requires some
appropriate specification of an individual. Such specification
can be formed in the process of education, prolonged
attitude development and construction of the corresponding
environment. The author concludes that such specification can
be the result of some natural inclinations. The differentiation
of the leaders psychological peculiarities according to the
level of professionalization assumes their personal and
professional expertise in their particular professional sphere.

The article gives grounds for the method of
crisis management preparation on the basis of psychological
analysis of their professional activities including the factors
particularly influencing the specialists psychology. The
authors give a detailed analysis of two groups of psychic
factors which have targeted or indirect influence on a
managers professional activities. The article describes the
order of management preparation, which made possible to
create the crisis managements psychogram.
