INFLUENCE OF PROFESSIONAL DEFORMATION OF THE IDENTITY OF THE TEACHER OF SCHOOL ON DEVELOPMENT OF CONFLICTNESS AT TEENAGERS
Abstract
investigated problem of interconnection of the persons
professional deformations and the development of proneness
to conflict as a personal quality. The author gives proofs for
the need of a systemic psychological approach to studying
the teachers professional deformation. Its stressed that
such deformation is caused by the specific character of
his activities and results in personal and communicative
destruction. The author states that it is one of the factors of
teenagers proneness to conflict.
