SOCIAL AND PSYCHOLOGICAL FACTORS OF FORMING YOUTH LABOR MARKET IN POST-CRISIS CONDITIONS

Abstract

The article is concerned with social and psychological
factors of forming youth labor market in postcrisis
conditions. A comparison has been made between
young workers opinions and employers ideas of the most
important qualities required on a labor market, namely
quality education, professionalism, ability to operate independently,
responsibility, reliability, communicative skills,
high effi ciency and good health. It has been noticed that
there is a difference in attitudes towards young labor force
among the heads of state and private enterprises.
