The Specific Character of Pedagogic Process in Training of the Social Work Profession in the Academy of Social Education
Abstract
The article presents the revision of organizational foundations and innovative principles of educational, expert-analytical programs and technologies of social work and social workers’ training management in the Tatarstan Republic. The social workers’ training content project is accomplished on the basis of comparative analysis of activity model and specialist’s model: the structure and content of the basic construct of a specialist for social sphere is also developed.
