The Theory of Competence in Social Work

Abstract

The article deals with the system of competences in the area of social work specialists training. The object of Social Work as Science is to systematize a lot of theories either in general or in terms of a specific sphere of knowledge. To achieve this object it is essential to allow for competences which equally with the tentative competence expand to three competence spheres and knowledge such as description, explanation and activity.
