ИССЛЕДОВАНИЕ ЛИДЕРСТВА КАК ОСОБОГО ВИДА ДЕЯТЕЛЬНОСТИ (НА ПРИМЕРЕ ЮНОШЕСКОГО ВОЗРАСТА)
Abstract
Статья посвящена рассмотрению лидерства как особого вида деятельности. Предложена модель исследования лидерской деятельности, выделены три формы лидерства: потенциальная, актуальная и маргинальная, дана их сравнительная характеристика. Отмечены особенности реализации лидерской деятельности в зависимости от формы, а также влияние факторов субъективного контроля на компоненты структуры.
The article is about leadership as a particular kind of activity. The model of leadership research is suggested, three forms of leadership are defined: potential, actual and marginal; their comparative characteristics is given. The peculiarities of leadership realization according to their form and the influence of the subjective control factors on the components of its structure are pointed out.
