СВЯЗЬ ОСОБЕННОСТЕЙ ФОРМИРОВАНИЯ СТРЕССА У ПЕДАГОГИЧЕСКИХ РАБОТНИКОВ С САМООЦЕНКОЙ И САМОКОНТРОЛЕМ ЛИЧНОСТИ
Аннотация
The article researches the peculiarities of forming stress in educators and its interrelation with self-concept and self-control of a person. The results of the research showed that the forming stress in educators is characterized by domineering of the following symptoms: reducing of the professional duties and inadequate selective reacting. Obtained experimental data allowed to draw the conclusion that forming of stress leads to decrease of the level of self-concept and self-control of a person.
