Psychological factors influence the educational environment of high school on the formation of professional competencies of the military psychologist
Abstract
of the educational environment of high
school, where he studied for future military psychologist,
on the formation of his professional
competence in the real world activities. The study
was conducted on a representative sample of Navy
psychologists (n = 52), who studied at 7 universities.
The basic relationship desriptorov educational
environment and the emergence of professional
competencies: 1) handle the intensity and
dominance, linked with the development of standard
competencies, 2) stability of the educational
environment, emotionality, coherence, generalizations
related with the development core competencies,
and 3) generalization, social activity, mobility
associated with the development of leading
competencies.
