Abstract

This article is devoted to analysis
of theoretical problems research of female
military personnel gender conflicts.
According to the theoretic-methodological
analysis of female military personnel gender
conflicts, the author concludes that the process
being under research has a very complicated
developmental character and its own peculiarities.
The article contains the authors determination
model of gender conflicts of female military
personnel.
The great number of various reasons determines
gender conflicts. On the basis of this,
complex and constant systemic preventive
measures of gender conflicts occurred in behavior
of female military personnel have several
directions.
