Medical and psychological characteristics of women during infertility treatment

Abstract

We carried out a comprehensive
medical and psychological examination of patients
with various forms of infertility (tubalperitoneal,
endocrine, combined). It is proved
that the overwhelming majority of women with
infertility have a place of psychoemotional disorders,
presented mainly in the form of anxiety,
depressive and anxiety-depressive reaction.
Psychogenic factors identified medical and
non-medical nature, have a favorable influence
on the outcome of infertility treatment. Found
that the inclusion of psychological correction in
the complex treatment of infertility in the light
of the pathogenesis of infertility, the nature of
psychoemotional disorders, stages and treatments
can substantially reduce the weight and
severity of psycho-emotional reactions and improve
the effectiveness of treatment.
