FACTORIES OF THOUGHT AND INDEPENDENT CENTERS OF SOCIAL AND POLITICAL ACTIVITIES: CLASSIFICATION AND ANALYSIS

Abstract

Modern social life is undergoing a dynamic transformation. Together with reduced state role in social processes and institutions, there is a gradual transfer of social and political activity from the public to the private sector of public life. One of the key elements of non-governmental, independent political activity are the so-called "think tanks" and the Center for Public Policy. This article investigates these phenomena and their classification is made.
