SOCIAL AND PSYCHOLOGICAL TYPES OF SITUATIONS CONCERNING ABNORMAL PERFORMANCE IN BEHAVIOR OF MILITARY PERSONNEL IN ARMED FORCES OF THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION

Abstract

This article is devoted to the learning of practical problems connected with an investigation of social and psychological types of situations responsible for forming of behavioral deviations of military personnel. For the analysis of situation typology responsible for deviation performance in behavior of military personnel, the author emphasizes the main argument - the interaction of military man with the conditions of military-social sphere, depending on their functionality/disfunctionality. Most often, it is observed the situation of behavioral deviation, when there is a conflict between "transitional" conditional type of a military-social sphere and "partially functional" type of military personality working - 37%. The minimal number of deviations is observed in situation, when in efficient conditions of military-social sphere the deviation is committed by the military of the "functional" type - 2%. Revealed types of behavioral deviation of military personnel make it possible to determine the main activity directions of disciplinary practice subjects concerned with the reduction of deviations in behavior of military personnel.
