This article deals with questions of spirits and individuals of a person community. There exposed short scieentibec theoretical review of instructions about spirits in our and abroad psychology. Experimental material with the example of youth secondary and higher school ages is offered, It was studied the dynamics of model of community in accordance with spriret properties.
