ПСИХОЛОГИЧЕСКИЕ ФАКТОРЫ ИНТОЛЕРАНТНОГО ПОВЕДЕНИЯ
Аннотация
In the article some psychological factors determining intolerant reaction are considered as opposed to tolerant behavior in situations of interpersonal communication. As the most important intrapsychic reasons of intolerant reaction the author singles out intrapersonal conflict, character of emotional experience in the process of interaction, peculiarities of social perception, estimation and interpretation of communication context, and actualization of concrete mechanisms of psychological protection.
