КОНЦЕПЦИЯ ПСИХОЛОГИЧЕСКОЙ ГОТОВНОСТИ К ПЕДАГОГИЧЕСКОМУ ОБЩЕНИЮ У БУДУЩИХ УЧИТЕЛЕЙ

Abstract

В данной статье рассматривается сущность концепции психологической готов-
ности к педагогическому общению и ее формирования у студентов педагогического вуза.
Автором дано определение психологической готовности к педагогическому общению,
разработана ее структура, выделены критерии и уровни ее формирования. Разрабо-
танная концепция послужила основой для создания и внедрения в учебный процесс пе-
дуниверситета комплексной программы формирования психологической готовности к
педагогическому общению у будущих учителей.
The article under consideration is devoted to the essence of the concept of psyhological
readiness of students of teachers training institutes to pedagogical communication alongside
with peculiarities of the formation of its mechanisms. The author gives definition to psychological
readiness to pedagogical communication, devises its structure and singless out critria and levels
of its formation. The concept worked out by the author has laid the basis for creation and introduction
of a complex programme aimed at the formation of future teachers psychological peadiness
to professional communication. The programme has become part of university curriculum.
