Эмоциональное выгорание и удовлетворенность трудом врачей «красной зоны» во время пандемии коронавирусной инфекцией
Abstract
Исследование посвящено изучению эмоционального выгорания и удовлетворенности трудом врачей «красной зоны» после двух лет непрерывной работы в стационаре с коронавирусными пациентами. Авторами рассматривается специфика показателей эмоционального выгорания и удовлетворенности трудом врачей «красной» и «зеленой» зон, а также анализируется проблема психического здоровья врачей, что ведет к повышению качества медицинской помощи в условиях вызовов нового времени.
