THE INFLUENCE OF THE GENDER DISTINCTIONS OF SERVICEMEN ON THE STRATEGIES OF BEHAVIOR AND THE NEEDS SATISFIED IN CONFLICTS

Abstract

The article is devoted to the empirical study of
the features of the gender conflict in military groups. Based on
the results of psychological research the analysis of the peculiarities
of satisfied needs and the algorithms of the behavior
of servicemen, depending on the dominance of the gender
development of the servicemen are investigated. In this paper
the authors approach to the calculating a numerical index
of the gender development of military the servicemen is proposed.
The comparative analysis showed that there are the
differences in the needs and in the ways to meet the needs,
depending on the dominance of the gender development of
servicemen.
