Diagnostics of characterologic features of the person by means of an expressional projective technique K.Koh's "Tree"

Abstract

Article is devoted studying of psychographic technologies in a professional selection situation. Approaches existing in a modern science to projective diagnostics of personal features are opened, indicators of display of characterologic features in drawing tests are proved. During empirical research the interrelation of graphic indicators of a projective technique with characterologic features of the person is established. Sample has been made of people who had the signs, allowing to qualify them as the persons possessing bright characterologic features, certain type: original-pessimistic, disturbing, impulsive-optimistical. On the basis of the established interrelations the system of interpretation of a projective technique for revealing of personal characterologic features is specified.
