Социально-психологическая реабилитация, трудоустройство ветеранов и выбор профессии: аналитический обзор зарубежных исследований

Цель. Провести аналитический обзор современных зарубежных исследований по теме социально-психологической реабилитации, трудоустройства ветеранов и выбора гражданской профессии.
Процедура и методы. Основным исследовательским методом стал аналитический обзор источников за прошедшие пять лет с ключевым словом «ветераны» в Национальной медицинской библиотеке США.
Результаты. Проведённый анализ показал, что в зарубежной литературе опубликован значительный объём исследований, касающихся вопросов адаптации к гражданской жизни, трудоустройства и влияния занятости на психологическое благополучие ветеранов. Однако имеется дефицит практико-ориентированных исследований.
Теоретическая и/или практическая значимость. Теоретическая значимость заключается в обобщении зарубежных исследований для дальнейшего изучения и использования их в интересах отечественной науки. Практическое значение имеет учёт зарубежного опыта при разработке научных и методических решений по теме реабилитации и трудоустройства участников СВО.
