В статье представлены результаты эмпирического исследования проявлений инновационного потенциала личности в различные периоды взрослости. Новизна работы заключается в предположении автора о значимых различиях в особенностях инновационности личностей на разных этапах развития. В ходе анализа были выявлены различия в проявлении инновационности в период ранней и средней взрослости у современных руководителей. На основе полученных результатов даны рекомендации по проведению профессионального обучения на разных этапах взрослости и для каждого уровня развития инновационности.
The article provides the results of an empirical research of a person’s innovation potential manifestation in different periods of adulthood. The originality of the work given dwells in the author’s suggestion concerning some considerable differences in the specifics of personalities’ innovativeness at different stages of development. Basing on the results of the empirical research the author gives recommendations on the way the professional education should be performed at each stage of adulthood and for each level of innovativeness development.
