На выборке студентов-психологов (n=97) рассмотрены связи самоэффективности с личностными свойствами толерантности - интолерантности к неопределенности, готовностью к риску и рациональностью, а также с ретроспективными самооценками свойств, проявленных в регуляции сделанного выбора. В 8 вербальных задачах испытуемый делал выбор, причем в 4-х «для себя» (личный) и в 4-х - за другого человека (предполагаемое большинство). Показано, что самооценки свойств, связываемых с самоэффективностью, различаются в позициях «за Себя» и «за Другого»; испытуемые показывают различную включенность в регуляцию выбора личностных усилий, исходя из этой самой позиции.
The authors studied the connection of self-efficacy with a person’s abilities to be tolerant, among which are: tolerance-intolerance to uncertainty, risk tolerance and rationality, and, finally, the retrospective evaluation of traits manifested in the regulation of choice. 97 students of the department of psychology were recruited psychology as participants of the test. The person under test was to make choice in 8 verbal tasks: in 4 tasks to make choices «for self» (personal), and in 4 other tasks - for another person (“the supposed majority”). The results demonstrated that self-evaluations of personality traits related to self-efficacy differ in the conditions of choice made “for self” and “for others”. Due to these positions the participants of the test showed different personal involvement into the regulation of choice of personal efforts.
