Показано, что формирование патологического влечения к психоактивным веществам имеет двойственный характер в виде сочетания мотивационных и личностных нарушений с нарушениями телесной компоненты «Образа Я» и особыми аффективными сдвигами мышления. На основе сочетания психопатологического и нейропсихологического анализа выделены механизмы актуализации патологического влечения. Полученные данные позволят по-новому подойти к психодиагностике и терапии больных зависимостями. Кроме того, данная работа ставит вопрос о соотношении нейрохимической базы и личностной надстройки в формировании патологических поведенческих феноменов.
It is shown that the formation of morbid attraction to psychoactive substances has dual nature in the form of motivation and personality disorders with disorders of corporal components of the I image and special, affective deviances of thinking. On the basis of combination of psychopathological and neuropsychological analysis the author singles out the mechanisms for actualization of the morbid attraction. The data obtained enable to use a new approach to psychological testing and treatment of patients with addictions. In addition, this paper raises the question of the correlation of neurochemical base and personality superstructure in the process of pathological behavioral phenomena formation.
