В работе рассмотрены точки пересе- чения интересов нейропсихологии, общей психологии и психиатрии. Показано, что основным «общим интересом» является структурно-функциональная характеристика высших психических функций, исследованная существен- но менее, чем генетическая характеристика. Особую зна- чимость для психиатрии представляет контроль динамики состояния больного в процессе психофармакотерапии и дифференциальный диагноз разных форм симптома- тически схожих психических расстройств. На примере совместного ведения пациента с депрессией продемон- стрировано, что нейропсихологическое обследование, функциональная диагностика (ЭЭГ) и психопатологиче- ское обследование органично дополняют друг друга
The article analyses the cross points of neuropsychology, general psychology and psychiatrys interests. It is shown, that the main general interest is structural and functional characteristics of higher mental functions, which is considerably less studied than the genetic characteristics. The author mentions issues of particular importance for psychiatry. They are: the control of the patients state dynamics in the process of psychopharmacotherapy and the differential diagnosis given to different forms of symptomatically similar mental disorders. On the example of joint curing of the patient with depression the author demonstrates that neuropsychological assessment, functional diagnostics (EEG) and psychopathological examination are organically supplementary to each other.
