Анализ зарубежного опыта развития компетентности у родителей младших школьников средствами специальных образовательных программ. Процедура и методы исследования. Использованы авторский протокол систематического обзора зарубежной литературы, теоретический анализ и обобщение. Критериями для анализа зарубежных программ развития родительской компетентности являлись: адресация программы, теоретическая база, основные задачи, формы и методы работы с родительской группой, доказательная база эффективности. Результаты проведённого исследования. Проанализированы три зарубежных программы развития родительской компетентности, непосредственно или в том числе ориентированные на родителей младших школьников: программа С. М. Глэвяну, «МонтеБаРо-тренинг» (MonteBaRo-Training), «Позитивная программа для родителей» (Triple P - Positive Parenting Program), - выполнено их сопоставление. Сделано обобщение существенных достоинств зарубежного опыта работы по развитию компетентности родителей, имеющих детей младшего школьного возраста. Теоретическая и практическая значимость. Знания позитивного зарубежного опыта развития компетентности у родителей младших школьников могут быть использованы отечественными исследователями, школьными психологами при моделировании, оптимизации и проверке эффективности психолого-педагогических образовательных программ для родителей.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Purpose: The analysis of foreign experience in developing the competence of primary school children’s parents by means of special educational programs. Methodology and Approach: The author’s Protocol of systematic review of foreign literature, theoretical analysis and generalization are used. Criteria for the analysis of foreign programs for the development of parental competence were: program addressing, theoretical base, main tasks, forms and methods of working with the parent group, evidence base of effectiveness. Results: three foreign programs for the development of parental competence directly or including those aimed at parents of primary school children were analyzed: the program of S.M. Glăveanu, “MonteBaRo-Training”, “Triple P-Positive Parenting Program”, and their comparison was performed. The generalization of the essential advantages of foreign experience on developing the competence of parents having primary school children.
