Этот документ знаменует собой новый этап в развитии социального образования и утверждения социальной работы как международной профессии. Автор обосновывает важность глобальных стандартов для развития отчественного социального образования, а также для международного опыта университетской подготовки социальных работников, который развивался от традиционной парадигмы к практико-ориентированному обучению и образованию, основанному на развитии компетентности.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The article is dedicated to the analysis of Global Standards for the Education and Training of the Social Work Profession. This document is regarded as a new stage in the development of Social Work Education. The author emphasized its importance either for the home Social Work Education or for the international experience of training of the social work profession.
