Автор уделяет особое внимание проблеме обеспечения сопоставимости, сравнимости и гармонизации национальных систем высшего образования в странах Европы в свете Болонской декларации.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The article is devoted to the peculiarities of the Bologna Action Lines. They are dealing on the one hand with unification of common requirements to the forming of educational systems in different countries, and on the other hand the implementation of these requirements in each national system depends on the national priorities established in educational area.
