In the article the concept of personalization is considered, as well as the possibility of using it to study a personality in actual contact groups. Also in the article there are some efforts to consider the personalization processes in a group in their relation to the individual in the group and the development of the group, to the contact groups place in the system of social relations, the specification of the development of an personality as a systematic result of the interiorization of social relations.
