Представлен авторский подход к мотивации и стимулированию сотрудников современных российских предприятий с целью обеспечения их конкурентоспособности.
The author of this article explains the main motivation issues of personnel of organizations and suggests some innovative ways of motivation and stimulation of personnel of nowadays Russian facilities in order to make them more competitive.
