Выделить основные тенденции и направления изучения социально-психологического и организационного климата, характерные для зарубежных исследований. </p></sec><sec><title>Процедура и методы</title><p>Процедура и методы. Было переведено и проанализировано более тридцати зарубежных источников за последние шесть лет. Изучены статьи авторов из США, ЮАР, Индии, Индонезии, Китая, Тайвани, Новой Зеландии, Европейских стран (Германии, Италии, Португалии, Нидерландов), Таиланда, Египта, Турции, Ирана.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. По итогам исследования выявлены шесть актуальных направлений и тенденций к изучению социально-психологического климата и феноменов, связанных с ним.</p><p>Теоретическая и/или практическая значимость.
