Изучить особенности проявления психологического благополучия и удовлетворённости трудом при традиционной и прекарной (неустойчивой) формах занятости с учётом стажа работы.</p></sec><sec><title>Процедура и методы</title><p>Процедура и методы. Проводилось сравнение результатов диагностики двух групп: респондентов с традиционной формой занятости (осуществляющих деятельность по трудовому договору) и респондентов с прекарными формами занятости (самозанятые, фрилансеры и т. д.) со стажем работы до пяти и более пяти лет. Диагностическим инструментарием выступили методики К. Риффа «Шкалы психологического благополучия» в адаптации Н. Н. Лепешинского и А. В. Батаршева «Интегральная удовлетворённость трудом». Полученные данные проверялись на значимость различий с помощью U-критерия Манна–Уитни.1</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. Были получены статистически достоверные различия проявлений психологического благополучия у респондентов с различными формами занятости. Лица с прекарными формами занятости имеют более низкие показатели по автономии, управлению окружающей средой, личностному росту, самопринятию, удовлетворённости условиями труда. С увеличением стажа работы разница в уровне психологического благополучия и удовлетворённости трудом становится менее существенной.</p><p>Теоретическая и/или практическая значимость. Сформулированы рекомендации для специалистов прекарных форм занятости с разным стажем работы с точки зрения повышения удовлетворённости трудом и ощущения психологического благополучия.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Aim</title><p>Aim. The study of the peculiarities of the manifestation of psychological well-being and job satisfaction in traditional and precarious (unstable) forms of employment, taking into account work experience.</p></sec><sec><title>Methodology</title><p>Methodology. The results of the diagnosis of two groups were compared: respondents with a traditional form of employment (working in an organization under an employment contract), and respondents with precarious forms of employment (self-employed, freelancers, etc.) with work experience of up to 5 years or more.The diagnostic tools were the methods of K. Ryff “Psychological Well-Being Scale” adapted by N. N. Lepeshinsky and A. V. Batarshev “Integral Job Satisfaction”. The obtained data were tested for the significance of differences using the Mann-Whitney U-test.</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results. Statistically significant differences in the manifestations of psychological well-being among respondents with different forms of employment were obtained. People with precarious forms of employment have lower indicators of autonomy, environmental management, personal growth, self-acceptance, and satisfaction with working conditions. With an increase in work experience, the difference in the level of psychological well-being and job satisfaction becomes less significant.</p></sec><sec><title>Research implications</title><p>Research implications.
