Цель. Изучить различия личностно-профессиональных качеств муниципальных служащих между Я-реальным и Я-идеальным для приближения их к идеальному образу.

Процедура и методы

Процедура и методы. В ходе работы над статьёй был проведён теоретический анализ исследований Я-концепции, образов Я-реального, Я-идеального, Я-рефлексивного, профессиональной деятельности, личностно-профессиональных качеств муниципальных служащих. При проведении исследования использовались методы тестирования, обобщения, интерпретация эмпирических данных, методы математической статистики. Проводились: тест «Интерперсональной диагностики» Т. Лири, метод «Экспертного анализа». При исследовании взаимосвязей применялся «Коэффициент ранговой корреляции Спирмена», критерии Крускала-Уоллиса, Мани-Уитни с использованием статистического пакета SPSS 21.

Результаты

Результаты. Определены личностно-профессиональные качества, специфика профессиональной деятельности муниципальных служащих, различия между Я-реальным и Я-идеальным в двух группах.

Теоретическая и/или практическая значимость. Результаты исследования вносят вклад в теорию психологии труда, расширяют представления о Я-реальном и Я-идеальном муниципальных служащих. Результаты значимы в практике развития личностно-профессиональных качеств и повышении профессионализма специалистов органов местного самоуправления.

Aim

Aim. To study the differences in the personal and professional qualities of municipal employees between the real and Ideal Self in order to bring them closer to the ideal image.

Procedure and methods

Procedure and methods. In the course of work on the article, a theoretical analysis of the research of self-concept, images of the Self-real, Self-ideal, Self-reflexive, professional activity, personal-professional qualities of municipal employees was carried out. When conducting the research, the method of testing, generalization, interpretation of empirical data, methods of mathematical statistics were used. The following tests were conducted: "Interpersonal diagnostics" test by T. Leary. Leary, the method of "Expert Analysis". The Spearman rank correlation coefficient, Kruskal-Wallis and Mani-Whitney criteria were used in the study of interrelations using the statistical package SPSS 21.

Results

Results. According to the results of the study, the personal-professional qualities, the specifics of professional activity of municipal servants, their differences between the Self-real and Selfideal were determined.

Theoretical and/or practical significance. The results of the study contribute to the theory of labor psychology, expand the ideas about the Self-real and Self-ideal of municipal employees. The results are significant in the practice of developing personal and professional qualities and improving the professionalism of local government specialists.
