В статье представлены результаты эмпирических исследований стратегий принятия решений в моделируемой посредством игрового Айова-теста неопределенной среде. Рассмотрены взаимосвязи таких личностных свойств, как черты Темной триады, с успешностью прагматических результатов последовательного процесса принятия решений в ситуации с целевой ориентацией на получение максимально возможной прибыли. Приводятся различия в связах свойств Темной триады с эффективностью принятия решений у лиц, занятых управленческой деятельностью, и лиц, не занимающих руководящие позиции.
The article presents the results of empirical studies on decision-making strategies in an uncertain environment as simulated by the Iowa Gambling Task. We examined the relationship of personality features, such as the Dark Triad traits, with the success of pragmatic results of sequential decision-making process in a situation with a target orientation towards obtaining the largest possible profit. The differences in the correlations of the Dark Triad traits with the effectiveness of decision-making are demonstrated between the persons occupied in managerial professions and persons not engaged in leadership positions.
